“Absolutely, top notch professional service. I was having several problems with the way my truck was shifting and various noises. There seemed to be a shudder in the engine upon acceleration. I requested the transmission fluid and filter be changed. They checked everything that could cause the problems like wheel hubs, breaks, u-joints, tires, plugs, wires, etc. and everything was in good working order. Most shops would have just started changing parts hoping to solve the problem, but they were confident that these items were not the cause of my problem. I drove the truck for a few weeks and changing the transmission fluid did improve the way the truck was shifting but it did not solve the problem. I drove the truck several hundred miles on a trip and noted when the truck would make the shudder noises and the road condition like hills or flat terrain. I came back and discussed it with Tim and Tom and they suggested that it might be torque converter shudder and that there was a lubricant that might solve the problem. They were absolutely correct and who would have thought that a $12.50 bottle of Lube Guard Instant Shudder Fix would solve all the problems. The truck now drives like it was new.
