Employees are very rude and hateful and will hold you hostage for hours unless you show them a receipt before you leave.

Walmart in Claremore, OK has an employee checking everyones receipt as they tried to leave the store. This employee named Patty, demands everyone wait in-line and if someone refuses she will chase after the customer to the parking lot and take down their car license number. This is not store policy, she just does it! They only time employees are to ask for a receipt is when an item it not bagged. What's laughable because Walmart only has one size bag and no large bags. So if you buy something that doesn't fit in their small bags they have to check to make sure you are not stealing the item, even though all other items are baged and you just left the cashier. Now Patty has made it her mission to check evey customer bags regardless of the rules. After dealing with a very rude Patty, I decided today to talk to a couple of empoyees. All employees confirmed Patty is always doing this and how nasty she is to the customers. One employee took it upon herself to call the manager in hope that I would say something to the manager and stop Patty. Well it only got worse. Crystal walked up with a hard-nose attitude, not the store manager but she claimed to be one of the managers of the store. I told her I wanted to talk about Patty and immediately she said several other customers have already complained about Patty. Right away she wanted to know the exact day and time of each incident. I guess she thought it was my job sit at walmart and record everything. She kept asking as her voice got louder and louder. I was totally taken back by her abusive attitude towards me. She said she needed to see it on tape. Now I know why none of the other employees have spoken up. For Crystal, customers complaints are worthless, she needs to see it on tape. Her lack for customer service skills is shocking! Crystal was the rudeness person I have ever talked to in my 65 yrs and I lived in Chicago and LA. She also advised me to shop elsewhere! I don't know why Crystal refuses to address all the complains and why she attacked me the way she did. I have already lodged several complaints with Walmart's headquarters. Maybe they can get her the help she needs.

Well as you all know it's Walmart and it's stressful. I honestly don't like going to Walmart but sometimes you have to go there.

We had a flat tire and went to have them look at the tire to see if they could repair the flat or replace it if needed. They were busy, so we gave them all our information, left the car with them, and went out to have lunch and wait until they got to our vehicle. It took a couple hours, and they decided the tire was no good and needed replaced. But they didn't have our particular tire. It's an expensive tire that's not common and would have to be ordered. But we were from our if town. They were nice to put our spare on for us so that we could go back home.My only complaint is I wish they would have checked first to see if they had the tire in stock that was needed for our vehicle, because we waited over two hours and then found out they didn't have it in stock. Other than that, they were kind, helpful, and pleasant

AUTOMOTIVE Got here at 3:05, logged in at approximately 3:26 with a tire that's losing air. One man in front of me getting an oil change and an air filter. It's 5:23, my car still doesn't have a tire on it. The man before me waiting an hour an a half plus for an oil change and the couple behind me has been here an hour and their car is just being pulled in. There are 3 techs and 1 man inside. I expressed the urgency of somewhere I need to be but they don't care. I long for the good old days when people did people right, kept their word and did a good job. Item broken in my car amd tire 34 psi, not even its rating-below.

Josh and Brad from the online order fulfillment Department went Above and Beyond in helping me figure out an issue I had and I feel like their department supervisor or manager should definitely recognize these two men for helping!!

This walmart has taken up most of the parking in the middle of the lot for pickup orders. Most walmarts put them om the end. This one is forcing older non handicao people to walk forever in weather ect while people just sit in thier car. The paying customer walking in should be treated better. Plus i dont see why they need that many. Most tulsa has less and off to the side.

It’s Walmart, they got it all! Your gonna see some weird people including some employees, but getting in and out is usually fairly quick! I don’t recommend the automotive section because it’s absolute garbage service (I wrote a separate review for them). But for the most part the staff here is friendly & store feels clean most days

A wonderful personal shopper helped me out when I was getting sick in the middle of the aisle. She gave me some bags to get sick into instead of getting sick everywhere.

Had a good time overall at this Walmart in Claremore until I stepped in something stick over by the place they sell the juice. I saw multiply employees walk by and not even bother to clean up the mess. They must of all been to busy.

They left my order outside, didn't even try to call me. My Swiffer stuff and toilet paper was gone. This was the most horrible experience ever.

Claremore Wal-Mart needs the larger self-checkout registers like other stores have, also the deli is small compared to others, odd for a larger store, still have greeters though they could use more cashiers, ? just different
