Can't seem to get the same answer for the same question. Was told they could fill a 90 day rx and then when I went to pick it up, they refused to fill the 90 day rx. Additionally, the male pharmacist is the most rude man I have encountered in many years! Do better Walgreens.

One of the male pharmacists was foul with me over the phone after i asked him to repeat himself. They used to carry the medication i am perscribed and this is the last time I will probably come here looking for it because it seems they no longer carry it

Twice they never received prescription from doctor. They did not receive it on their computer because they did not open up and check. Being lazy. Then when doctor called by phone, they were left on permahold. I have texts from doctor to prove all of it.

I do not understand the lack of attentive customer service! So, I place a web order that was to be delivered, and it gets canceled?! I couldn't understand why? So I contact the store to try and get some information on the cancelation. I talk to the store manager, which I had to tell her 3 times what the issue was, at first tells me she does not have access to that information. I proceeded to ask " You mean to tell me you can't tell me if my order was canceled?" Finally I assume she checks it out and tells me that yes, my order was canceled, and ( here's the kicker!) that I canceled it. I, of course, was very surprised since I was hoping for some cough medicine for the night. So she tells me that I would need to call 1-800-Walgreens for any further help with my strangely canceled order. There I was calling 1-800-Walgreens at 7:30 pm hoping to get it fixed/and find out what happened! Finally I talk with a service customer agent. I repeat my cancelation story, no problem right! She proceeds to tell me that the store canceled it! According to what she was reading, regarding the order, the store canceled it stating that ALL of my order was out of stock! What in the world! I had Ten items, you mean to tell me all items were out of stock?! Then I had to ASK the customer service agent to place my order once again. I couldn't believe it! She couldn't add my coupons back onto my order, yet could give me walgreens cash to be used at a later time. So now I have to wait until the next day to place my order if I want to use my coupons. Do you think I will? NOPE! Good luck ya'll!

Please get your shit together. Waiting in line at the pharmacy for almost an hour to be told it will still be 30 minutes for cough syrup that was called in almost 6 hours ago is absolutely ridiculous.

They could do better on the time !! It takes entirely way too much time to refill prescriptions here!!! Either get more staff, or get a more efficient system in place , yes this is a larger town, but they really need to accommodate the fact of the town size !! Claremore, Oklahoma . And the prices at Walgreens are WAY too high!!!! I'm really surprised they sell anything, as high as they are . The prices need to be much lower !!! It's really a bummer as nice of a nationally recognized chain as they are , they should do better in those two areas.

Initiated filling my prescription on Friday. It was supposed to be done by 1pm Monday. Tuesday goes by and it’s not filled by 6pm so I called asking if when it will be done they said they could have it done in about an hour. I get there at 7pm. They help me by 7:10pm saying it will be done in a few minutes. I had to leave for work and they still have not finished by 8pm.

Friendly, some things are over priced. Hrs need to go back to 24hrs open. Now they close at 11:(

Adam was so helpful! I was having the hardest time trying to find Epsom salts and not only did he show me where they were, he let me know which kind was better for what I needed. He was one of the best customer service heroes I've come across!

Slowest pharmacy ever. They tell you your prescription will be ready in an hour. So you call and they tell you 3 more hours? Really? Then you get there and wait on line for 20-30 min. I'll be going elsewhere.
