Terrible Customer Service. I waited for 70 minutes without being attended to and eventually walked out. For the first 50 minutes, the representative didn't acknowledge me at all, as he was busy selling services and equipment to another customer, taking his time and moving at a slow pace. Talking too much. After closing his sale, he finally approached me to say, "I'm almost done." Twenty minutes later, he was still explaining to the other customer how to transfer everything, which seemed like it would take even more time. Judging by other reviews, this appears to be a common issue, and Verizon seems indifferent, responding to every review with the same automated reply but no improvement. Throughout the interaction, the representative had an arrogant attitude, acting as if I should just deal with the situation.
I would give -5? if there was an option.

Don't go here. Walked in, one employee was chatting it up with a woman in front. Waited 15 mins for him to go find another employee only for him to tell me I'm better off buying a phone for in-store pickup. Go anywhere else.

Had company phone based out of chicago person behind the desk wouldn't call administrator for approval expected person to fly to corpus and be with me... Ridiculous when absolutely no one else in the store. It was like i bother him...

Today I walked into the store at about 6:15, there were 2 verizon employees. One of them greeted me and then he just grabbed his backpack like he was ready to go home. There were only 2 customers besides me, and they had locked in the store so there wouldn’t take any more customers. Of the 2 employees only one was working, she seemed pretty busy taking care of all customers except for me. The other verizon employee just didn’t want to work seemed he had called it a day. He was just standing there with his backpack ready to go home 45 minutes before closing time

I tried to pay bill with cash only to be informed that they are not accepting cash payments right now after waiting almost 30 minutes. I asked when the cash system would be up. He stated he didn't know. I went back in and said that he should at least have a sign on the door after all he made one when he was interviewing earlier in the day. He told me to go to corporate to pay that they are just a franchise. You might as well buy your phone from corporate with customer service like that.

I tried calling the store regarding an order I placed for a new device. I couldn’t even get them to answer the phone lol I just wanted to know if it was in stock or not so I could get a better time frame on how long I’d be waiting. I left a voicemail and called hours apart, no call back. I decided to cancel the order because that already speaks volumes on the customer service.

I don't understand how I give my credit card information, my drivers license, and multiple codes to the verizon worker (Mayra) to file an insurance claim for my samsung galaxy ultra device, yet she couldn't change my pin, couldn't get in to my account, and was sending a lot of coding gibberish to my phone which didn't take me to a verizon website. I also had to get in to the app in order for her to get in to my account but hellooo my phone screen was broken so how could I get in the app?!? Which is the reason I went here in the first place to file the claim for the insurance company to fix my phone!!! I'm sticking with corporate!! The lady next to her was very nice tho.

Went in for an upgrade I was eligible for. They messed twice on 2 transactions, they was a Assistant Manager and the other was a Store Manager- April and Madison. They have poor customer service, they didn't honor or sign us up for the correct promotion. They are incompetent. Don't go there, turn around or walk out to save yourself the agony. A friend also went there and messed up her elderly moms account.
