Drove 20 minutes to be told they wouldn't print a label for me. Entirely unhelpful.Especially considering that the UPS website states that they can print labels!Thanks for making my time sensitive package late.

Be cautious using this store.... If you do, make sure you pack your box and seal it yourself instead of having them do it. Our experience we had a couple of items stolen from our package (which was a Christmas gift) and UPS is telling us OH WELL!!

I will start by saying I have had several packages packed and shipped out of this location several times with no issue. However, I recently took a very nice and mint condition Hammond SKX organ in to be packed and shipped to a buyer in NC. I paid for extra to have it packed WELL. I specifically asked for hard foam in the corners to protect it from drops.The genius that packaged it, put tissue paper thin foam around the corners and wrapped it in bubble wrap a single time.The package was delivered in horrendous condition. An amazing instrument that didn’t have a scratch on it, was delivered with the Key bed unattached from the organ. Every single corner was busted, and the organ is unplayable and unrepairable.An ISSUE OF GROSS NEGLIGENCE that was entirely avoidable had the store packaged this item the way I asked, and PAID FOR. Because of this store I have lost $2,500 because they accepted my money to package an item a specific way, and chose to be lazy and negligent.Their management has led me along for a week now regarding the investigation. I can’t get an answer from anyone.When I was voicing my concerns to an employee on the phone, she passed the phone over to another employee and both myself and my employees heard her call me an “utter dick” over the speaker phone. I voiced that to the next employee that I had heard her say that. He then told me he used hard packaging foam to pack it. I have the pictures that prove otherwise.This entire fiasco has been a nightmare and an even worse financial setback by an aggravating display of pure incompetence. Once this issue is rectified they will never receive my business again. I am having to take a $2500 loss to my business because this place is full of liars who will take your money to package an item a particular way, then turn around and ship it completely compromised.

Generally very good and polite service. I have been dropping off packages for nearly 20 years. Some of the newer employees are not as polite as the usual crew. Today, I got the bad ones! Hopefully, I get the good ones next time around!
