Today was a milestone to say the least. After almost 30 years with another carrier we decided to switch to T-Mobile. Karissa at the Claremore store on Lynn Riggs worked very hard and quickly while making sure the transition was effortless on our part. We can't thank you enough Karissa. Go see Karissa at T-Mobile's Claremore store. You'll be glad you did.

UPDATE: I was charged for service, though I returned equipment and canceled within my 14 day cancelation period. Upon reviewing the receipt received at this store on 6/17, the employee did not note my name as the customer, they "guest" was entered in the name field. So, now I am stuck trying to get a refund for service and equipment I do not have. Furthermore, since he let the bill cycle, now I will have to battle them trying to lock me into a contract.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH TMOBILE.I went to 2 other Tmobile stores to return my Home Internet modem. I was bummed it didn't work in my home. The other 2 stores refused to process the return for me. This store did process it kindly and professionally! Thank you!

We go this store because of the knowledgeable staff. Josh & Matt along with the rest of the team are fantastic! They make you feel welcome & will go above and beyond to get you taken care of.

Joshua from the Claremore, OK store is outstanding!! My aging father was have a hard time understanding his account and making decisions about what he really needed. Joshua was supper patient and helpful.

Today I went into the store because my phone wouldn't charge. Matt the sales associate helped m out. He was great. Matt you deserve a high five. Now all other sales associatew need to be like Matt.

Stop wasting time and mony with the other carriers. Best prices, great service, fast help with walk ins. Free Netflix, and the best home internet for 50.00 Dollars. Oh I forgot FREE PHONE. It just doesn't get any better. I don't get paid for saying this, I do it because I'm very satisfied.

I went to get a virus off of my phone, which they were successful, but some of the comments made were unnecessary and made me feel bad. But they did do the job.
