Our son took his truck here in good faith that these people would fix it and have him running for work and to take care of his son…..we should’ve done better research because almost 99% of their reviews are saying exactly the same stuff that is currently happening to us!
Total scam artists who could care less about their customers and actually tell you that they don’t want to be bothered by the problems that they’ve created by not giving you what you paid for!
You have Jason Guthrie the owner and his wife who goes by Mae (middle name), Mylenda(actual name) or Mindy (nick name) whichever she decides to go by at the time she is conning someone.
They will tell you that it will take a couple weeks to get you fixed up and running ,but it turns out to be more like 6 weeks or more!
They will not give you a contact number once they’ve received your money…you will be blocked or lied to about why you are not receiving any type of communication about how the process is coming along!
They promise all kinds of warranty for after the fact but it is not what they give you…,you are nothing to them once they have your money!
We live 1 1/2 away and have no way to find out anything unless we drive back to check on it!
So now we will be taking them to court to make them accountable for the way they are doing business !
Do not use this so called company!!! You will be done the exact same way!
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HORRIBLE WORKMANSHIP!!!

Let me start off by saying how amazingly satisfied I am with this company….Not only did they rebuild my transmission, but every step of the way they communicated with me and let me know what was going on. I was kinda in a bind to hurry and get my truck back on the road, they heard my cries and definitely got it done in a reasonable time. Trucks back on the road running flawlessly. I couldn’t thank Jason and Mae enough, I’ll definitely recommend them, they will indeed take care of you.

RUN FAR AWAY!!This place absolutely f****** sucks. Came in to get my Camaro's transmission upgraded, a built 700r4 is what I wanted. I got a piece of s*** instead. Hadn't even drove the vehicle 50 miles on this 'new rebuilt' transmission and already third gear is out. I needed a transmission that can handle high horsepower and instead I got one that couldn't even run a Volkswagen Beetle. Not to mention the wait time it took to get them to fix it. They will tell you two weeks in business days and next thing you'll be waiting months. If you don't call them first you'll never get a call back. Apparently my car was done a week before I called and no one bother to type in a few f****** numbers and let me know so I could go pick up my baby from this shithole. The warranty is bogus, it's up to a year, but you won't want to take it back here anyways. The car was leaking coolant when I went to pick it up, everything was perfectly fine and buttoned up when I dropped it off. Ended up getting it towed back to my residence, tried to drive it, realized it wasn't working so I took it back to them a few days later. Transmission wasn't working like it's suppose too, the cable to the shifter was loose and it probably needed some kind of readjustment. "We'll have a look at it tomorrow," I called a few days later and they hadn't even moved it into the shop. It sat outside their barnyard for almost three weeks before I drove my happy a** up there and took it back without being looked at. Don't waste your f****** money here. Go somewhere a little more expensive for way better quality and communication. Not even sure how this place is still in business, just wait for your day in court or my money back. They won't fix your vehicle. They won't upgrade your transmission. They won't communication with you. I feel bad for the police vehicles I've seen them working on, knowing that the government will just keep sending them money to create and solve their f****** transmission problems.

Please DO NOT use Superior GM Transmission shop on 1st street behind Pixleys. They had our truck for 15 weeks all together. We took the truck to them 3 different times. Once to get the initial work done, and two times for redo warranty work. Once they had our $1800, they stopped answering our calls or wouldn’t return any calls if we stopped in and asked for a return call from the owners. The truck sat there with promise after promise, and too many excuses to count for the delay, but after several weeks we realized they were never going to honor the warranty, because warranty work doesn’t bring in any money. We picked up the truck today with a whining transmission. I’m sending out this post because I don’t want the same thing to happen to anyone else. If you don’t believe me, read their Google reviews (which are completely accurate), go see their establishment, or try to get someone to answer the phone. I could elaborate more on our experience with their shoddy business practices, but I’m trying to keep this short as possible.Service: Transmission

09-22 we took our 2014 Silverado for transmission work. 06-23 we took it back, it was doing the same/worse. It's been 38 days, it's in their shop. No one's there, they're mail hasn't been picked up, they haven't responded to texts, Facebook and no one answers the phone. BBB has been contacted and complaint filed. The two times we've caught someone at the shop lies were told that we've found to be untrue. We did discover that they refilter and reuse the transmission fluid. Do not fall in the trap! Paid 2grand to have transmission built with 2-year warranty and it only lasted 6 months after many complaints it took him 3 months to work on it and when I got it back and he said it was fixed it didn't even make it 28 miles before the transmission failed again. Now he's avoiding my calls and texts. Very rude I lost my job and house all I want is my truck to be fixed and all I could get is a middle finger

I would recommend staying far far away from these scammers! I bought a “performance build” 4l60e from them in early 2022. I drove out of state to even buy this transmission from them. When I showed up not only was nobody there but my transmission wasn’t even finished yet I ended up waiting over a few hours until it was even ready after they showed up an hour late. The shop was insanely dirty, disorganized very unprofessional looking for building what should be high tolerance parts that need a clean safe work area.. Regardless I drove home only to find out they put the wrong input shaft for my engine application after about 2+ months of back and forth they did deliver me a correct replacement. after inspection I noticed what looked like multiple old seals on the outside so pulled the pan which was laced with clutch material and used fluid… I should have stopped there but being on somewhat of a budget I used it anyway. The inside of the transmission itself was clean and looked like it had a new pump and drum atleast. so I figured maybe they where just in a hurry and slapped a pan they had on,still they could have atleast cleaned it. First test ride it didn’t have overdrive. I had the car put on a dyno to insure it wasn’t a tuning problem before blaming anybody since I had a stall converter. After two pulls the trans lost 3rd and then most of second and is completely smoked. Dyno guy said the clutches are gone that i definitely need to have a talk with the transmission builder. At this point I have already considered it a loss but reached out to them just to see what response I would get and of course nothing. Clearly I’m not the only one who’s had problems with them the last year as they now have more bad reviews then good since then.

Had them rebuild the transmission in early fall and it went out in December. I took it up there December 14 and was told it would be 7 to 10 days. I still don't have it back and they will not communicate. If they do answer the phone they say it will be done Friday well guess what Friday never comes. Save your money and go somewhere else.Service: Transmission

4 transmission replacement in 6 months. They had my vehicle for 12 weeks in total. This last transmission lasted 28 miles. And the install is poorly done. With several mistakes. Im asking for a full refund . These guys are a joke.I wish i could upload photosService: Transmission

Spare yourself the extra money and time and don't go here . Had to get my transmission rebuilt AGAIN after taking it here within a year of having it done, they will try and argue this but just take my advise and go far far away from this place. Even suburban Chevrolet of Claremore said they were not to be trusted call yourself if you don't believe me. Horrible communication from the owners , they will answer if you are taking your business there but no where to be found when you need there help , phone lines are constantly "down" .
