Want to start off saying my sales guy was great!
The dealership however..
Bought a newer used vehicle certified one owner. Dealership didn’t even clean it out I was pulling trash out during my test drive at the gas station. They took it back to detail again and it was just as shotty of a job. I get it’s a used truck but it’s a top of the line truck they’re selling for 45k dollars that I worked hard for. There is mismatched tires and the back tires are severely worn. Yes I bought this was after the long drive. The windshield was cracked which they fixed but I had to drive another 6 hour round trip. I really should’ve thought harder about all this because it makes me wonder when the last oil change was done or if they even checked to make sure all the lugs were on tight ect. I will be servicing very soon and getting new tires out on but it makes you wonder if they sell all their vehicles without even checking. Buy it as a trade in and immediately put you and your family in a vehicle with unsafe tires ect. Be very weary of this dealership
The finance guys also were very rude and acted like I finnesed them about financing and the price of the truck. Even brought the main guy in and tried to drill me about my rate.
Update: called and one of the managers called me back. Said they would read more into it and give me a call back. Never heard from them again.

I brought my suburban into Suburban Chevrolet of Claremore to fix a leak in my trunk. They unclogged the drainage system and also changed out my back windshield wiper that I previously purchased. I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly they finished and how affordable their work was. I'm very happy with my experience and recommend their services to everyone.

This dealership made the process smooth and fast. We also had a trade in and spent less than 4 hours at the dealership. We communicated about the vehicle we wanted on the phone and through text, and as soon as the vehicle hit the lot I was contacted. They held the car I wanted till I got there and even marked sold online as soon as I paid the deposit. Awesome dealership and would do business there again in the future.

Suburban had the car that I wanted at a competitive price that I was willing to pay. It was also convenient since I live in Claremore and the staff was very courteous.

Fast friendly service. I went in for an oil change. They always inspect my car to see if any other services are needed. They answer all my questions. A little pricey, but I do appreciate their great service! They have a rewards program that comes in handy. I always use my points toward servicing my car. During this visit, they told me two filters needed replacing. They even brought the old filters out and showed me. They are very honest and their performance is excellent.

Bought a vehicle from them. Said they would fix a leaking issue that would occur whe it rained every time. Said they ordered the part. Never heard from them again. Would call and talk to Manager. He would Transfer us to the shop and would have to leave messege. Would leave messege with parts department. Then with manager again. Then never got called back. Tried over and over Finally gave up. Ended uo going to Meltons. Way better service and family oriented
