I’d give a zero if I could. Don’t buy from here. I bought a new Rv which has been in the shop more in months than I have been able to take it out. Lazy Days will either blame you or it’s the manufacturer’s fault. They take zero responsibility, especially in the service department. They also like to say “Hey, we’re just good ‘ol boys and girls in Claremore, but they have all gone corporate. Don’t buy from here

Will never do business here again. It’s been over 30 days and we still have not received our title. Also, I guess “camping ready” to the Lazydays employees is a rusted/rotten level, a blown out spare tire, and more leaks than we can count. Our warranty that we paid thousands extra for, covers nothing… shocker. Really disappointing that a business like this can’t be trusted to sell quality items or take care of their customers.

I walked in to ask why my tail light was not blinking I brought the tail light in my coach is under warranty. They didn't ask my name but immediately blamed my rig, that there had to be something wrong with the truck. The service guy was rude argumentative and dismissive. I guess when you spend a bunch of money stupidly on crap they won't even pretend to care what's going on with their customers. I liked it better when it was Daves.

Long Rant, Names Removed.On Monday went and traded in our 5th wheel toy hauler for a small bumper pull. Our 5th wheel was paid in full, no money owed so the dealership owed us money on the trade.Tuesday, after signing all the paperwork and my title over I was informed they couldn’t write me a check yet, that corporate would have to “finalize and approve” the deal.Called Wednesday to find out how soon I would get a check, they couldn’t provide a date.Called Friday to find out and was told “Corporate” was still reviewing. I called and talked to Accounting at the corporate office and was told I would get a check next Friday. Which is unacceptable as they already had my trade-in listed for sale. After rounds of calls, finally got a check. Took it to the bank and deposited it around 4pm. At 4:30p the bank called me and said the check was not clearing and that the other bank was saying it would not clear for lack of funds. Called the dealership back and was told they figured that would have happened.Of course by this time it was 5p on Friday so banks and Corporate are closed.Spent 5 hours today calling around and finally got the check to clear. Would not recommend “accepting a check” from them as Corporate has the ability to really drag their feet and take a week to get your money.Sales and Service Teams were great. Management and Corporate can definitely review and change their policies as the 1-Star is based on them.

We had Jacob Garcia as a salesperson and he was truly the best. He was patient and accommodating, after we had been back there several times trying to make up our minds. So far so good. I cannot say the same about Tim, the finance rep. At first it seemed he was pretty good, however, he wanted us to take the extras that were offered and when we didn’t, he whined. Truly whined and begged. When we went back for the final paperwork they told us he wasn’t there and someone else had to finish us up. Tim was hiding in the other room. What Tim neglected to tell us is that we needed a bank check or a money order for the down payment. So it was somewhat of a hassle to finalize everything. The finance rep that took care of us managed to get the manager to accept our charge card and a personal check. Like where were we going to go and hide if we wrote a bad check!? We are truly hoping that if and when we need service,, they will be what we were told they would be,,, high expectations.The place itself was clean and everyone seemed friendly. The coffee machine that’s there, with different flavors is fabulous. Be sure to check that out!

Way to go Austin! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️➕He and his crew really made sure our Georgetown GT5 was repaired CORRECTLY. Austin went above and beyond to get this done. I’m not sure any other dealership (because they don’t have an Austin) would have went to these lengths to make sure Forest River did the right thing. He also sent me regular updates on where they were in the process. Five Stars!

Took my coach in to get some warranty work done on it. I got it back with the refrigerator half put together and FULL of mold (2 hours worth of ME cleaning it out), the toilet was not fixed still doing the same thing), and a dead battery (never had one problem with it). Had them look at my awning to have it replaced but was told it would be 3 months for the fabric, so I told them never mind. Got to looking at it, and it was shifted forward about an inch out of line. After about 3 weeks of trying to get ahold of them (they wouldn't call back), I finally spoke with the service manager, and he told me pretty much there was nothing they could do. I would need to take it back to a lazyday place. They wouldn't give me my money back for having to clean out the refrigerator and finish putting it back together (that was their fault). I cleaned and dried it before I took it there. Stay away, go somewhere else!!!

We have been wanting a travel trailer for a long time. We finally decided to start looking. Lazy Days was our first stop. The store is clean and organized the staff are all attentive and very friendly. We told them what we were looking for and they pointed us in the right direction. All the trailers and RVs are unlocked and we were able to look around on our own. Dalton was our salesman and he would check up on us periodically. He was awesome and really helped us decide what was right for us. We found the one we wanted on our first stop. Since we already felt comfortable with the service, and of course the price, we took the plunge. Tim was our business manager. He was very detailed and got us an approval for financing quickly. The walk through was very thorough and educating. The parts and service department gave us some very good advice on what we really needed to start out. The signing was quick and informative, we had a different business manager for the signing, and I’m embarrassed that I do not remember his name, but he was great! All our questions were answered. Overall our experience at Lazy Days was excellent and we will be return customers in the future. For now we are going to enjoy our first travel trailer and have many adventures.We highly recommend Lazy Days RV!!

I had researched campers to buy and saw a lot at this location and when we arrived the lady at the desk was nice and we waited on a salesman and when we told him what we were looking for and the pricing we were wanting he started off saying he would show us some above our price range and scale down? NO. I told him I'd prefer something not new and he showed us this terrible used camper and said that is the type we would be getting if we got used. Again, incorrect. He then told us that his wife works at a different RV lot that is not with Lazydayz in Bixby I believe and to contact her. We ended up going up the road to Route 66 Rv's and its locally owned and the atmosphere was so much better and we told him what we wanted and immediately showed us one and we had purchased it and left within 2 hours. I don't recommend this chain.

We recently purchased a travel trailer from Lazydays RV in Claremore. Everyone in the building from the front desk to the salesmen, service guys, finance and even parts were great! First time I have been able to buy a camper from a dealership and it was an awesome experience. We will refer them to all of our friends a family.

My husband and I brought our 5th wheel here for electrical issues and soft floor spot. They quickly assessed it, provided us with a reasonable quote, and had it repaired in 1 week. Can’t suggest them enough. Also their team was amazing and so helpful! Thank you all!

The service was above and beyond in every aspect of the buying process. We were especially impressed with the instructional mechanic who went through every detail of the trailer. Would totally recommend them.
