We bought a Brand New Forest River Solera on July 31st 2024 and it's been in the shop since July 1st. This RV was leaking rain water on there lot and they didn't disclose this when we bought it from Lazydays RV in Claremore Oklahoma. We want our money back or a non-leaking RV. This is the worst company to buy a RV from, because all they want it your money and don't care once you get it off there property!

Recent tornado electrical outage made us stay in our RV in the driveway. Stopped by Lazydays to ask for a possible propane refill. After standing around for 5 minutes one employee walked by, answered my question with a scowl. They DO NOT sell propane.
A couple miles south is Route 66 RV, who was very happy to help and fill our tank.

I borrowed a travel trailer from a friend and the trailer developed a braking issue. I stopped by Lazy Days and John helped me resolve the issue right then and there.
You don’t find too many people that take the word service and customer to heart much anymore, but John did and for his attitude and willingness to help, I am very grateful.
I plan on buying an Rv someday and when I do, John will be the reason that I go back to Lazy Days.

After the sale service is awful, our RV was totaled during recent tornados and I need Lazy Days Claremore to complete some paperwork. I have called going on 4 days and have never once gotten a call back.

I would recommend this dealership to anyone who values excellent customer service!
Recently purchased an RV from Jacob Holloway, and Jacob did my financing. Such a great guys!! They are very knowledgeable of the products and the didn't try to rip me off like every other dealership I've been to. As a woman I HATE buying anything because most places try to take advantage of women. I can assure any ladies that if they purchase with Jacob & Jacob they will treat you with the utmost respect.

Drove up there to get a quote on fixing RV because couldn't get through after calling for 2 days. Only to find out they have a repair person to fix it.

This place scratched up my RV without even telling me about it until I asked to use it for a weekend. Every time I take it into the shop they cause more damage or problems. Unless they fix there crew and fix these mistakes, I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING!

We are still in the exploration phase of buying our first RV. Lazydays RV has a good selection of new and used RVs of the brands they handle. Jake is very knowledgeable, had patience with all of our questions and we never felt rushed! They have a great facility and stock of RVing supplies/necessities for those who already have an RV. They have a service area that not only covers your repair needs, but also any updates. I recommend Jake and Lazydays RV.

Absolutely do not buy from this place. Live up to the name "lazy days". They guaranteed things would be fixed on the camper my sister bought and they did not fix it. They also dropped it off without any keys and told me it was my sister's responsibility to get a a lock smith to make new keys which was NOT disclosed before they paid 11,3k CASH for the camper. They also ensured the tongue jack would be fixed and it wasn't, so they had to remove the camper to fix it and then bring it back. When they dropped it off the first time "there's no where for us to put this camper it won't fit anywhere on your land" so we told them to leave and my husband and I backed it in where we wanted in literally 10 minutes flat. After they picked it up to fix what I was guaranteed would be fixed and wasn't, when they dropped it off, they showed up to the house dropped it in the middle of the street to where no one could drive around, did not tell us they were here, just dropped it off in the middle of the public street and left. Heath, the salesman, ensured that we should NOT by public over 10 years old bc they would not check the slides and that we should by from Lazy Days because they have "the largest shop in Oklahoma and check EVERYTHING" come to find out, the slides were NOT checked as we were guaranteed they would be. They refused to make any of this right. They live up to the name Lazy Days and they suck. They ABSOLUTELY took advantage of Two teenagers (18/19) buying a camper to avoid rental inflation. And not that it matters bc everyone deserves good service, but they did this to an ENTIRE FAMILY of first responders.
