Great staff, reasonable rules, affordable prices. They have a huge selection of units. The climate controlled units are easy to access and very spacious. They close at 9pm, so that can sometimes be a frustration, but in the end I'm calling it a plus because it sets a clear cut-off point for all traffic and prevents people from causing trouble in the wee hours.Wonderful experience, would gighly recommend.

We have rented a unit here for over 2 years with zero issues. In Dec I paid Dec 2021 and Jan 2022 rent so that we didn't forget to pay Jan with all the holiday stresses going on. We ended up finding a house and moved out of the storage unit today. I called about a refund for the Jan payment and they said nope so they get a $105.00 Christmas bonus. Said no refunds was in the contract - well that make sense for a partial month but not for a month paid way in advance. Plus there was a ton of dead mice in our unit as we started moving stuff out and there was only household items in the unit and no food type items to attract mice. Moving is already expensive but when you have businesses take advantage of you during that period the only way to fight back is by leaving negative reviews.
