Edit: per the reply from the business owners I did call the main store, spoke to a Josh who implied he was the store director. Said the same thing the bakery manager did. Basically the so sad to bad response. Said he would call me back after he made a couple of calls, that was Jan 3rd, he has never called back. So I repeat
Buyer beware. Saw a post in whats going on Claremore about a cute Krampus cake from reasors. I told my son I would like it for my bday. So he got it for me, found out he was charged $160 for that 8" cake with a 5 inch dome layer, that is more than some of their 2 layer wedding cakes I have seen. Out of curiousity I asked the original poster what he was charged, his response was $50. I spoke to the bakery manager who said the pricing for custom cakes had changed.....by 110 percent. He wasn't even charged for a cake but something called banneton, a proofing basket for bread dough per google. So reasors bakery is making up prices as they go along. I know in the scheme of things my occasional reasors bakery buys don't mean a hill of beans in china but I can tell u I will not be buying from their bakery in the future.

The cashier tonight (4459) tossed my bagged items on the counter and made us uncomfortable asking personal questions. Little creepy..

Came in on the 23rd to get 2 fresh steaks and wanted filets but the only thing they had looked like it had been laying out for days. The purpose in having that department should be to showcase beautiful fresh steaks not something that looks like you’d get sick eating. This isn’t the first time I’ve had this problem.

I've shopped here for years, but I'm to the point where I can't anymore. The prices have increased tremendously.. inflation okay yeah I get it, but $12 for a 3 pack of Velveeta shells and cheese? $8 for a box of cereal?? Come on now. That's ridiculous.

I stopped in this evening 1-20-24 after a birthday dinner. I wanted a birthday desert for one. I chose a large white cupcake with a big red iced rose. When I took my 1st bite I was so disappointed. The cake was extremely dry and dense. I chocked & needed a drink. I've never had a bad cake there, but this sure was. I didn't finish it and tossed the rest. ??

Reasor's needs to fix self checkout. They advertise reasor's card member price in the aisles but self checkout won't apply them. Then you ask for the person working self checkout to fix it and they say they have no idea how and try to tell you it is with coupon only. Of course once they see the picture of the advertised price in the aisle they back off that and admit they have no idea how to do the job they are assigned. Honestly they need to close self checkout and just provide more checkers that know how their store works. I will say the deli area is nice and people there know their job well.

It's a little pricier than other stores, but it's less crowded (usually) and clean. They have most the grocery items I like and offer curbside service. It would be awesome if they offered delivery.

Clean store very organized but also one of the highest priced supermarkets in town. But the deli is fresh and all the food prep there is really good. I highly recommend this grocery store.

Yeah I like Reasor's a lot I'm new here in Claremore . My niece told me about it. I thought that the only in town shopping for groceries place was Walmart and that was disappointing, so reasor's is awesome. I've only been there a couple times. Both times in the evening an hour before they closed. It was somewhat busy, but not crowded. I had no troubles getting what I needed and right to a check stand. I self checked, and that was pretty easy. They have great produce. Look like they had a great choice of meat and good quality and my niece says that they in fact do.. which is really great cuz I didn't like the choices at Walmart so I'm pleased with the store.

I had just recently went and had the cashier Ian, he was a young gentleman with black curly hair and he was so sweet. He was one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. You guys better keep him there he is nothing but amazing for your company!
