GET YOUR MONEY AND RUN! This bank has messed with our money over and over again. Lost checks, balances not adding up, and checks that don't deposit to our account until after they have held them for days to collect the interest. Shady shady shady. No other banks do what this bank does. And, when you complain the tellers are trained to try and convince you that it's your fault for their screw up. Changing banks as soon as I get my crap squared away. They are the worst banking experience of my life

Beware, this bank is willing to charge over 60 bucks for a $1.20 overdraft after they locked me out of my account so I couldn’t see my balance. If a bank with a bounce protection system locks you out of your account they want your money.Aside from that the staff is rude, they banned ALL MICROSOFT TRANSACTIONS, and they will give you bounce protection wether you tell them to or not. This is not a legitimate business and I’m surprised it’s been running like this for so long with how little effort their is in the customer service department especially when they’ve wronged you

I was lied to about receiving a paper check for me and my kids stimulus because my account had been closed for only a few days past the time I was supposed to receive and they wouldn't work with me at all. This is absolutely the worst bank there is. They should've been understanding. Everything I called over the phone I kept getting told no and then lied to and said they could do a paper check and they had to sent it back. We needed our stimulus and now we have to wait 4 weeks to get it. Screw this bank.

It says on your website that you close at 6pm. And on your door it says they close at 7pm. Fix your hours.

We just opened an account with RCB, it was the most pleasant and comfortable atmosphere, our representative was more than helpful and friendly. Five stars plus all the way!

Sorry RCB Bank​, but you get 1 star! When you call a customer and local business owner who deposited over $750 cash with an $85 check signed over by a family member who happened to owe me money, and you tell them you won't deposit the $85 despite having plenty of cash to cover it if there are any issues, you are not a winner in my books. How about evolving with the times and stepping into 2015!?
