Tried going through Kevi Luper for a house loan and ended up canceling it. Gave her ALL the paper work and everything on a Friday and didn’t hear anything from her until I texted her the next Thursday and found out nothing other than her emailing us a pre approved letter. She couldn’t give me any other details regarding the loan.I texted her and asked what the monthly payment was, What the interest was, what we need to do for home insurance and if it will be included in the monthly payment, and I even asked if she tried for the USDA loan and all she said was that she’d look into it. Never heard from her again so I ended up telling her the next week I was going to someone else. If they don’t have time for a client just tell them, now I waisted 2 weeks on trying to buy a house.

This is the worst bank ive known????they not allow me to open a checking account cause i dont have green card but i have ssn card ,eployment card and passport.We try in other bank i can open a checking account.This bank is big No recommended for anyone,everybody!

The absolute worst bank we have ever dealt with. Our direct deposits are held for DAYS after our job sends them. Everyone else at our jobs get their checks Wednesday. We're stuck waiting until Friday/Saturday morning AFTER we complain. They lock our card up constantly, making it to where we can't buy groceries or do any online shopping. Their staff are rude. And anytime you complain they always have an excuse as to why it's not their fault.

I've tried for two days to get thru and speak to an actual person. I get recordings that go on for TWO DAYS. What good does it do to have money in this bank if I cant talk to anyone. I don't want to deal with a recording.This goes on for TWO DAYS.

Literally the worst bank ever, tell’s people there are scams but not how to avoid them so their lobby is always full of angry people at “microsoft” scam emails.On top of that I figured out today I can no longer buy anything on my Xbox because they literally blocked one of the biggest technology companies out there Microsoft ?

I have banked with RCB for 17 years and usually never had a problem I made a deposit at the new ITM in claremore and it printed a receipt and the money did not go into my account and I talked to several people and they said it was going to take about 90 days to get my money back but then Mrs. Holloway called me and got it resolved for me. I really appreciate her taking the time to figure it out and going above and beyond because most people do not care about their customers or their money. A Big Thank You to Mrs. Holloway.

I have been with RCB bank for several years both with my business and personally. All in all my experience has been fairly well, however my debit card information got in the hands of somebody which compromised it which forced me to shut down that debit card. this could happen at any bank at any time, not RCB’s fault, but the 10+ day wait for a new business debit card is ridiculous.Granted, yeah I probably should have a credit card for my company, i’ve just never needed one until now, but this over a week weight has been pretty rough business wise, I guess I didn’t realize how many of my auto pay bills are actually processed with my debit info and not a routing number. The whole world works off of a debit card right now.We always get personal cards in literally a 2 to 3 days. I talked to another business owner locally and his bank can have it done within 1 to 3 days every time. So I’m not really sure what the holdup is with our RCB and the business account. Also their mobile deposit limit of like $15,000 is much lower than several other banks. We definitely need to figure out how to raise that about $30,000, “ everyone during 2020 and 2021 was doing contactless payments for the most part”.
