Best ribs and brisket that I've ever had. Best to get there early as possible because they sale out often. Seen and heard a lot of people complain bout it but it is what it is, good food in high demand. And dealing with cook times of 12 or 13 hours in a smoker and a customer base that either sales them out one day or doesn't even cover cost of employeeing a single staff it's hard guess tament how much to cook and limit there waist. Easy solution, again get there before everyone does

For a place that has little to no traffic you'd think they could keep ice in the fountain machine twice in the last week it was empty and the cashier had the get a bucket from the back while I waited. From the looks of the inside it could sure use some cleaning. JS
