I got their Oil change special for my wife car. From the tech that greeted me to the service writer, they were both friendly and polite. I was in and out ,in maybe an hour. Would definitely go there again.

Absolutely love Melton. Bought my truck there in 2015 with no haggle and got a great price. 180k miles later I still take it there every 50k miles to have them check it out. Have had few minor repairs which they have always handled in a superior manner. I live in Tulsa so it takes a little effort to get to them... drive by 4 other Dodge places on the way... they are worth the drive.

Melton Service team charged an AC unit on a Vehicle I purchased knowing full well the compressor was blown. They were part of the deception to sell a defective vehicle. Releasing refrigerants into the atmosphere. This is a violation of Federal Law which I am filing with Oklahoma dept. environmental quality and Epa.This company is dishonest and deceptive. Stay away from them!

Very unhappy with the service this dealership provides. Tailgate fell down while pulling my trailer and damaged the tailgate, open recall for this issue. Meltons would not cover the repair under warranty with the open recall. Different dealership is fixing it under warranty. Will not buy another vehicle here or recommend anyone to buy there as well.
