I have been renting units at Success Storage for over 10 years and I have not had any issues. Ms. Paula has always been very friendly and helpful. She’s great! I would recommend anyone in need of a storage unit to contacting Ms. Paula.

I’ve been renting a unit there for at least 10yrs. In that time, only had one issue with a door. That was fixed within just a few hours of being reported. They are excellent!

This is the best storage company I have ever rented from. The owner is a super sweet lady and very helpful when I needed a unit asap and moved all through the night she let me in so I could be done with the move. I would give her a 5 star all day every day.

I had my unit for over 10 yrs and was thoroughly satisficed with the unit and management during that time. Unfortunately, it became necessary for me to release my unit recently, but if I ever need a storage unit in the future I have not hesitation of getting another form Success Storage.

The manager was trying to steal this old couples deposit after they cleaned out the storage unit, they put some trash in there been and made them dig the trash out or she would not have given them the 200$!!!! Deposit

I liked it at first but they have continued to raise the rates. Now we get a letter today stating they have sold and rates will be raised yet again. They were just raised $20 less than 3 months ago with no warning to me. I'm over it & I'll be removing my stuff.
