Don't order online for pickup. They never got back to us and when we finally went to pick up the order several hours later, they didn't have one of the items in stock when it said online they did. Also, one of the items was obviously opened and missing hardware, so of course they gave us that one. It's not that bad of a store if you know what you're looking for and don't need help, but they don't know how to track stock and the online fulfillment people are bloody lazy.

Daytime people are great but at night you can be waiting over an hour for them to bring down drywall because it was failed to be stocked and there’s several pallets up top in reachable.
Happened 2 separate times.

I’m a contractor here in town so I go to this location pretty regularly and over the last year I’ve noticed a steady decline in the quality of customer service. It’s gotten to the point now that they are blatantly rude to customers.

As a contractor I have to say this is the worst lowes in the area, horrible service in store, can't get online orders right and the staff act like they are reality TV stars... will be taking my business elsewhere
