Service department was easy to work with when making appointment, keeping me informed about repairs and completion. Mechanical staff completed work quickly and satisfactorily. No notice problems noticed from repair. I was aware of the costs prior to the work starting. A good job.

I was not in the market for a Ford initially, but I couldn’t see leaving Kissee without one, on account of how personable and competently the entire staff handle themselves and their business. The folks there know what they’re doing and they’ll do right by you. That was my experience, anyway! As I was saying, Ford wasn’t my first choice but I am well pleased with my purchase. Great product, great people.

Very friendly and great customer service. Used their Valet service for my oil change and recall. They picked up my car from my work and we’re going to bring it back. When my car took longer than expected they came and picked me up from work so I wasn’t stranded. Will use this service again. Affordable oil changes!

I recently brought my Explorer in for service at Jack Kissee Ford, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Chelsea, the service adviser, did an amazing job, and the entire staff was fantastic. This dealership is not only a great place to buy a car but also for top-notch service. I highly recommend them – 10/10!

I travel the US for work and stop at various dealerships for service. Most Ford dealerships I've visited have no customer service skills and care not about the people they serve only treat the piece of machinery in front of them like an obstacle that stands between then and 5pm. But not at Kissee Ford of Claremore, they care about their customers! Excellent service dept! Attentive sales dept & the place is clean. Trust me when I say they need to be the model for Ford Dealerships! From here to New England they are the best!

They did the recall work as required. Unfortunately, I gave them a clean truck and I picked up a dirty truck. I keep my equipment in decent presentable condition and was very disappointed they didn’t consider it necessary to clean my truck back to its clean condition before returning it to me. I know, it might not be important to everyone, but when I have this type of investment, I take care of it. It’s unfortunate they don’t consider its importance when under their care.

Jack Kissee Ford was able to get me in for an oil change on the same day, and I was in and out in about one hour. I was informed of the progress and status of my vehicle while I was waiting. The staff was friendly, courteous, and to the point. I have nothing bad to say about my experience there.

A+++ Dealer!!! This buying process was by far the easiest and best customer service I have ever experienced. Mike was my salesman and was fantastic. He listened to all my questions and never once tried to make a decision for me or change my mind about anything! Finance paperwork was as easy as it could get! Would recommend this place for sure!

I am so pleased with the service I received. From the first phone contact to the last, I was informed as to what was being done and when. My car was picked up by William, who was friendly and professional. Darlene, in the service center, sent me text messages throughout the day until my car was returned.Customer service was epic!I will purchase my next vehicle from them.

I (this guy - what the service attendant Darlene referred to me as) took my 2013 Ford Fusion in for a brake line recall, in which they had to set me up with an appointment a month out from whenever I first originally contacted them. The service took about half a day to perform, and when I managed to go back up to the dealership to retrieve my car, I had to go out to the service lot to retrieve my own car in which "this guy" found it covered with grease marks on the hood, fenders, door handles front & rear driver side, driver side seat, steering wheel, door panel, almost every single touch point in and around the driver side, and the trunk for some odd reason.. They could & should have at least took "this guy's" car over to have it quickly detailed after the service was performed, as they should with all customers cars they come into contact with. Jack Kissee should know & understand that most customers want their vehicles to be in better condition than what they left it in when taking them in for any service no matter how large or small it may be! It's clear to "this guy" that Jack Kissee is a quantity over quality dealership, and their service department is an exemplary reason why I am hesitant to take any of my vehicles into a dealership service department, and why I'll continue to work on my own vehicles whenever the service allows it.

We had an emergency with our F-350, diesel fluid spraying all over the top of our engine. Darlene with Service worked us in, even with a full repair schedule, to provide a quick diagnosis and the good news they had the parts to repair. Took my Maverick in to have a warranty wiper switch replacement. When the switch came in, I was able to get in the same day for repair. The technician took care of my new vehicle and did a great job! No scuffs, no scratches, excellent work. Thank you service team!

My previous post was made in error. I thought I was reviewing the procedure for changing a password for google. My experience with Jack Kissee Ford was great! Kevin was very helpful in explaining the Maverick's features, and I would highly recommend this dealership in the future!

They did a good job on my repairs. I only wish they would have done a better job on getting me in sooner when I was towed in they didn’t get me in until my appointment that was set already for almost two weeks later . I just feel if you are that busy you would work a lot more overtime. I know that’s is what we are required to do in my business to keep our work moving forward faster . But it doesn’t seem to be your practice to do so everyone seemed to always be gone at quitting time. And I feel that the evaluation of repairs could be better the fist time and not keep coming back with additional things wrong. I will continue to do business with you but I hope you could work on it . Also Darlene did a great job . Jerry
