Came in late and Daniel "Too Sweet" was there to help me with a smile on his face. Very helpful and knowledgeable about the regulations so he got me recertified. I would highly recommend for anyone to use this place, a whole lot friendlier than the other places in broken arrow i've been to.

Mr. Froman wasn’t able to help us with our situation but referred us to someone that could. He answered his phone on a Saturday and was able to contact the person that could help us in the matter of minutes. With his help, we were able to resolve our issues by Monday. He definitely went above and beyond and didn’t make a dime. The next time we need propane, he will be the first one we call!

The people here are rude and disrespectful. I wasn't going to start a business account with these pieces of humanity. They refused to allow me my tax exemption. I'll never go back.

Had a propane fill last week. Service was prompt, and our service provider Bill (forgive me if I have that wrong, I'm terrible with names) was lovely. I had my special needs truck obsessed toddler out there with me to watch, and Bill didn't miss a beat when my little guy tossed his hands up to ask for a better look at the big cool truck. I appreciate not only the service, but the kindness. 10/10 would recommend.

Called Froman on Monday to set up a tech to come out to house to convert a new gas stove over to propane that will be delivered on Wednesday. The lady on phone took 5 minutes to get all my info and said tech would call when he would be out to do job. Stove delivered on Wednesday I called Froman and the lady had no record of my work request and backed out from doing the work because they are too busy, they should have stated that on Monday and not leave me scrambling to find a tech to do the job at the last minute. My 99 year old aunt in a wheel chair, home bound, depends on the stove for her meals. Not a professional or dependable company to rely on.

I’ve used Froman Propane since 2003. They’ve always been accommodating and respectful of person and property. I have no complaints.

We have to give a shout-out to Froman Propane. We ran out of propane last night (during an ice storm and single digit weather) so we woke up to a freezing house.Even though the BA Froman location is closed on Saturdays, Mr. Harris came out within 90 minutes to fill our tank for us. He didn't tack on an emergency fee like some places do. Instead, since we are seniors, he gave us a discount. :)I highly recommend them if you are looking for a propane supplier.

My wife told three people that worked there that we had a tank on a trailer that needed filled for our motorhome. She paid the pressure test fee, and bought an adapter that was quadruple the price of anywhere else. She set up a time to get filled, at the trailer park we are staying at.When the delivery driver showed up, he refused to fill our tank, because it was on a trailer. He brought up a newer law that we were unaware of. My wife pointed out that she had told several other employees the situation. He was at least apologetic at this point.When she informed me of the situation, I called and spoke with the secretary (Shea). She asked me what was going on. In the middle of my explanation, she cut me off. I said, "you cut me off." She told me she didn't want me to have to tell the whole story again. I guess the best way in her mind to be considerate to me, was to be rude. Apparently, that's a new approach to customer service.The manager actually let me finish the story, before taking no responsibility at all. He told me that everyone that calls, says they have their tank on a trailer, and that nobody leaves it on the trailer. Anytime you use the words every or none, you are exaggerating at the very least, and more than likely gaslighting your customer. He was also unapologetic, and his best solution was for me to buy a 100 lb bottle from him (which was also way overpriced). Spending more money with someone that tries to make me think the issue is my fault, is the last thing I want to do.When my wife went back into to return the adapter and get a refund for the pressure test. The lady at the front looked at her, then looked at the girl behind her. She didn't say a word. It was probably Shea, she is a real gem. With her look, she made the other girl sitting behind her process the refund, which the manager had to help her with.Do yourself a favor, unless you want to be treated with disrespect and like an idiot go somewhere else. Customer service is lost at Froman propane.

Jim Smart is helpful with sales and questions. After ordering propane the driver delivered the same day. Very easy to deal with.

Best place to get firewood, Nothing quite like a warm crackling fire on a cold nite. Friendly people & don't forget they have 24 he. gas pumps available.
