Candice and Rylei are wonderful! They both helped my husband and I find auto and renters insurance that gives us the coverage we need while still saving money every month compared to what we were using. They made the transfer easy, simple, and understandable! We highly recommend!

On the 1st my insurance got canceled After I asked them to void a recent payment while I pay with another MopAs I used the wrong card, & they refused. Despite being a loyal customer for two years. Then My insurance got canceled, I called in initially was told there was nothing they can do, I called back spoke with another professional agent and was given the ability to reactivate but I had to pay a hefty amount in order to do so.Then I noticed another payment due in the next 5 days. So I called to seeIf that remaining payment can be pushed back to next month and again they refused. So I paid that payment to but you know what. the fact that they won’t work with a loyal customer, With everything else including getting hanged up on. They’re not worth it, I would choose another insurance company. And They ruined my Birthday Plans. I will be choosing another insurance after my term was up, One that DESERVES my money. They’re unprofessional and Greedy.And on 8/8/22 around 2pm, I called and got hung up on by a young Hispanic female she needs to be written up. Their calls need to be recorded!
