I order what I thought were XY pokemon cards using Instacart. But what I received were LOST ORIGIN!! This is false advertising at its finest! I'll never trust CVS again with my online shopping.

Called and was told by an automated answer that my prescription was ready for pick up at 4:45. I arrived at 6 and was told that it would be another thirty minutes. This is cutting into my family time and other responsibilities.

Hours on google state 24/7Got there and doors are locked with lights on.Small sign next to door says store is open 9-9 or something like that.Very frustrating!

The pharmacy is worthless! I don't see how they stay in business with the attitude that they have. I'll gladly pay out of network prices to avoid those a-holes.

In a lot of pain and needing some otc medicine, called the number and it said they are 24hr. I show up to a closed store. Straight up false advertising. Won't be back.

I use two pharmacies in town. Walmart pharmacy and CVS. I used CVS for my kid bc they stay(ed) open 24 hours a day. Walmart for me.I noticed around 2020 that when I went in CVS at 2 in the morning or 2 in the afternoon, it was always the same staff in the pharmacy looked so tired, literally working around the clock. They are over worked and for a long time, understaffed. I know that they got a ton of complaints because they couldn’t possibly keep up. I also know how it feels to be burned out and no one appreciates your public service. They were tirelessly exposed to all of the deadliest illnesses during the pandemic, just to keep us all medicated. Let’s try to have a little understanding for all of the pharmacists and their workers in our community. Maybe thank one today. ?♀️

There is a pharmacy tech there named “kelsey”. She is incredibly rude, snobby (when she definitely doesn’t have a reason to be), and laughs at customers. Not only this, but she would rather talk than do her job and forgets the drive thru window is open and people can hear everything she is saying about them. Is disgusting and immature behavior.

the pharmacy dept has become an absolute joke! Not busy, 3-4 staff members and always told about a 30 minute wait for prescription to be filled that should have already been ready for pick up. I am literally the only customer in the store now so it shouldn’t take so long for me to pick up meds!!! Last several times i went through drive through i was in line for a minimum of 45 minutes and there was only 8 cars in front of me. Absolutely ridiculous !!!!!!

This used to be a great pharmacy a few years ago. Now everyone seems irritated like you are inconveniencing them by picking up your prescription. I once drove from Tulsa and was waiting in the drive thru and soon as my turn came they immediately shut the blinds to take a lunch break. I know they are aware of how many cars are in the drive thru. I could even see someone standing on the other side of the window looking right at me but I had to wait until the lunch break was over before I could pick up my single prescription. I have since switched to Reasor's Pharmacy and its a completely different atmosphere.

Multiple complaints.#1. The rude blonde. If you don’t like your job, find a new one. I was so friendly at the drive thru and you were smug, had a terrible attitude and extremely demeaning right off the bat. Seriously, see a therapist.#2. Why does everyone in this pharmacy act like you are inconveniencing them? Don’t worry CVS, I’m moving my scripts to Walgreens TODAY.#3. If you’re changing your hours and not going to stay open 24/7, you should probably change your sign and communicate publicly other than leaving your customers to be surprised when they ONLY use your pharmacy for that reason.CVS is a JOKE

Let's talk about 'Dan' the pharmacist. So I called this CVS to check that they had an item in stock. I had just driven to two other stores in town that said they had an item in stock only to find out they did not. I explained this to 'Dan' and that my doctor had screwed up the prescription and I had to wait until tomorrow to get it fixed. But I was in alot of pain and needed some relief. Or at least get it started. I had a sudden acute case of Gout in my foot. I was looking for Tart Cherry extract or some other type of otc gout relief. 'Dan' assured me they didn't sell anything like that. I even told Dan that it showed on the website that they did. Dan apparently didn't care, didn't wanna look it up, or didn't wanna go check the shelf. Luckily my wife didn't believe Dan .. she drove to the store went in found two bottles and then checked of with Dan the pharmacist. She informed Dan of his misinformation, paid and left.
