Very pleased! Excellent body work at a much more reasonable cost than the other shop I'd gotten an estimate from. Work completed promptly too. Also, John was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Next time I need body work done I'm going here!

Most excellent and expert work!We were beside ourselves when we saw our vehicle in showroom condition! Sideswipped by an 18 wheeler our GMC Terrain was a mess. Mr. Chappell gave us the best estimate, and service. I wanted to post pics, but not able.Thank you Mr. Chappell for restoring our baby to us!Beautiful, inside and out!We're truly grateful and very happy!

I have an older vehicle in really good condition and had a mishap in a parking lot. I did not want to spend more than my vehicle was worth for the repair. Chappell’s saved the day and did it fast and reasonable! It looks NEW!!!

First experience with them was great. They fixed my paint scratches for cheaper than other body shops quoted and also had my car ready 2 days after I dropped it off. I will be using them again in the future!
