I've been buying vehicles from Chance for over 20 years. He's always done me a good job. I recently bought a vehicle off of him 5 months ago, the transmission went out to my surprise. When I called and asked about a transmission guy, Chance ended up paying for half of my transmission. Chance auto is not about the sale, its about building the relationship. I look forward to buying more vehicles from Chance in the future.

I bought a boat on consignment from these guys, and Chance and his son were great to work with. Very polite and professional and made the entire transaction painless. Even met me on a weekend when they’re normally closed in order to close the sale. Highly recommended.

1 week after buying the truck, the motor went out. Next the turbo.Now it's in the shop to get fixed and we will go back to Best Chance Auto to tell them how much we had to spend to get their lemon on the road to make it to work. We need this truck for earning a living.Another friend bought a lemon from Best Chancance Auto.THIS PLACE IS NOT REPRITABLE BUSINESS.

Would never recommend this place, bought a 2016 f150 from them on November 17, 2023 did even last me 2weeks and need to do a head gasket replacement already. Absolutely ridiculous and untrustworthy. Edit, I actually have to get a new motor for the truck don’t ever buy anything from this dealer!!!!

Don't trust this place. They will sell a car right out from under you when they know you are going to buy it and heading there with the money.Do not recommend this place.
