“I really like this bank. I've had and account here for about 5 years and they are always very helpful when I need something done or something fixed because I made some mistake or something. They're also really nice about helping you out. They truly have plenty of banks and arm machines here in town and all over Oklahoma. Besides all of that, I have to say they have some really awesome television commercials about the local history with photos included. I've been completely satisfied with banking here with them.”

“I’ve used this credit Union since it was NEO. Staff are always so amazing. We finally switched to another credit union after the auto tellers were installed. I would swing in the drive thru for a cashiers check or to deposit cash, including change, and that’s just a hassle now, especially when I work caring for special needs kids I can’t drag in with all the equipment.”

“If someone is harrassing you, then Tulsameone about it. You can Tulsameone like me if you like. I'll do something about it. Like Britney said - why don't you Do Something? I much prefer using these institutions to big banks, because they just have a lot more ethics and they actually care about each of their customers and they're much more of a small-time type thing. This one is a pretty big and impressive building out in the middle of nowhere in the Tiny Village of Claremore - but they're definitely more ethical and better for the users than banks are. Banks used to be cool but these days if you want good value instead of getting shafted by endless hidden fees, go to a credit union.”

Carrie Lefever to the rescue. She was very professional, knowledgeable and resolved my problem immediately. She represented her company well. “I have banked with RCB for 17 years and usually never had a problem I made a deposit at the new ITM in claremore and it printed a receipt and the money did not go into my account and I talked to several people and they said it was going to take about 90 days to get my money back but then Mrs. Holloway called me and got it resolved for me. I really appreciate her taking the time to figure it out and going above and beyond because most people do not care about their customers or their money. A Big Thank You to Mrs. Holloway.”
