“I had turn signals and wiring issues with my Ford F150. A real mess and above my pay grade to repair. By the end of the day after I dropped it off, they called me, and already had it repaired. The price was more than reasonable, and they were courteous and professional, explaining every issue to me. If you take your vehicle anywhere else, it’s a mistake. Although the parking lot was full, and I had to park on the street, I would absolutely recommend them for auto repairs.”

“Had the best Oreilly experience today at this location after many unhelpful visits at different locations over the last few years. They were incredibly helpful with my service light and diagnostic check, helped me get the part needed, which was in stock at a good price, and even assisted with finding a local shop to help swap the part out same day. “I was filling up with fuel at the Kum n Go near their shop when a guy came in off the turnpike with a hole in his gas tank. You could tell he didn’t have much in a way to fix it, especially not on a Saturday night at nine. Roy Jones happened to be filling up next to me so I asked him if he could help. Roy went above and beyond! He had them come to his shop, fixed the hole and sent them on their way.”
“I just purchased a 2024 Kia Sorento from out of state. There was a small crack in the bumper and the dealership agreed to pay for the repair. I dropped my car off at Gerber on Monday and picked it up on Wednesday. Brand new bumper and got an awesome detail. The staff is great! They tested all the sensors to confirm everything was in working order, they handled everything and kept me up to date on the progress. Their customer service and attention to detail is exceptional. Very rarely do I need a body shop but I always recommend Gerber as the place to go!”

“Appointment at 9 am to replace all four tires. Pulling away from the shop at 10:20. No stripped studs or missing nuts. Car drives well so I know tires are balanced well. Only thing I noticed was that they use torque sticks when putting on the new tires. Not the end of the world but not up to the standard of a good torque wrench. Still better than hammering down the lug nuts with an impact like most shops do. Great tires and service at a great price. I’ll be back ?”

So happy I did. They were quick to get me in the next day. Took the time to show me the different tint options on my car. They use high quality ceramic tint (keeps the heat out) as well the install was A+! All this with very reasonable pricing and local here in Claremore”
