Aspen Dental is not where I normally would go but, an old filling came out and my dentist would not have been able to get me in for 3 weeks which was unacceptable. I was able to get in the next day at Aspen for ex rays and then the day after that I had an appointment to come in to replace the old filling. I was impressed. I will probably be coming to Aspen all of the time!

Aspen dental is great! I called for a general check up and cleaning. They got me in on the same day. When I said I might have a slightly sore tooth, the office called and had me come in sooner. They did everything and got me a temporary crown for the bad tooth all in less than 3 hours. The staff and doctors were very pleasant and professional.

All the assistants were amazing, the doctors were very helpful and funny. I didn’t expect to get fillings the same day I got the exam so I wasn’t expecting to pay anything since my insurance covers my x-rays and exams. When I went into the finance office I felt very looked down upon since I didn’t come with money in hand. Other than that I had a great experience l.

Went into Aspen Dental in Claremore today! Dr. Alex is an amazing dentist, he is very understanding and actually cares about his patients! The other staff is wonderful as well! Had 6 teeth removed, took the doctor a few seconds to do! Amazing work and awesome doctor! Thank you all so much!

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had. First of all when you call the office their recording states that their lab is on site. However, they failed to mention that they do not do partials on site. So, after two appointments were canceled since the partial had not arrived, I spoke with the manager, Rebecca, she informed me that it was being held up in customs in Hong Kong.!! She also informed me that all dentist offices do this because there no local labs. Well, I called two different dentists office and they use local labs and told me I have been misinformed.Aspen Dental has a sign up in the office stating that if you are not 100% satisfied with your dentures, you will be completely refunded. Apparently, that does not apply to partial So I again, spoke with Rebecca and said I would prefer to have a refund, but I was going to talk to my husband first. So I stopped in to speak with her the next day and was told by the lady at the front desk that it would just be refunded to my credit card. Even though they wanted me to go on my merry way I asked to discuss that with Rebecca. Rebecca told me she’d have to contact corporate office. I asked her for the phone number to corporate and she informed me she didn’t know it because they did not correspond that way. I told her that she had an answer for everything and with a smirk she responded with : “ I’ve been doing this for a long time “ Amazingly, I was able to find the phone number. I spoke with Corporate requesting a print out of my visits because the office was unable to do so. Rebecca said that I had not paid in advance for the partial, so there would be no refund in all probability. In other words, there was never any intention of refunding my money when she told the lady at the front desk to tell me it would go back on my card.So after paying over $1600 for two extractions which were in a bridge. I now have no bridge and no partial. They were more issues, but I really won’t go into that. Rebecca is a horrible person and you cannot believe anything she tells you. Also, don’t expect any callbacks from their office

Like many people, I had a lot of bad experiences with dentists growing up, I always felt like I came out with more problems than I had going in. The dentists office was a place I avoided, which just led to my dental health getting worse. The Claremore location for Aspen Dental though, I have been pleasantly surprised by them many times. Getting x-rays was easy, they measured the space between my gums and teeth (something all dentists are supposed to do, but I had never personally experienced), and when my insurance has been difficult they've been continually fighting and advocating for me. Even shots, I hate getting shots, ESPECIALLY in the gums, but somehow they make it less painful? It's a lot of little things that add up. And it's all thanks to the staff they have at that location. Everyone I've spoken to has been kind, helpful, and patient. It's easy to feel self conscious about the state of your teeth, but I've never felt judged here. A lot of people feel like doctors and nurses don't really care about you, and that's certainly not the case here. For example, one of the staff at this location has asked me how my pets are doing, and remembered my cats name, even though it had been a long time since we had last talked. They're all just really nice people. There's the part of me that won't ever like going to the dentist, the anxiety that comes with it, the worry that my teeth are gonna fall out of my head lol. But now, there's this other part of me that actually looks forward to it, knowing that these are the people who are going to be helping.

The staff told me they accepted my insurance and were in network, which is correct. What they failed to tell me is that they wouldn't bill my insurance. They lied multiple times to me, stating that they did do the billing. The staff finally admitted to my insurance company that they refused to bill my insurance and 2 months later there is still no resolution. I ended up paying the initial visit bill myself! AVOID

Actually No Stars ! Don't Pay with Cash, Don't Trust Hand Written Receipts, Because they claim their Receipt system is Down! ( Because Obviously Someone has Sticky Fingers in that Office. And Didn't report said Payment to, CORPORATE. ! Corporate Than Sicks COLLECTIONS On you, You Than Send Copy of Written Receipt To Collections, PROVING Payment, With Signature of Office Worker, Collections Than Contacts YOU, Saying ( No Balance Due ) Than When an Appointment was made to Fix Denture, From Tooth Falling Out, ( 3rd time ) the first initial buying of dentures was in Broken Arrow. Noticing they had a office in Claremore when I broke the first tooth out, I decided to go to Claremore as it was closer to my home ! They Say: CORPORATE..Says I was Never Seen in the CLAREMORE OFFICE! !! The first time I went in they charged me $76 to reset my tooth - second time I went in there they started in on the balance Owed, which I proved there was No balance, also at that point there was no charge that time. That time was around Christmas. The dentist had made a little Christmas tree that sat on their counter, in the main lobby. I looked at the lady and I said, If I was never in this office how is it that I knew he made these little dentures and made a Christmas tree out of it. Her eyes got big. Also at that time. They said they had a NEW SYSTEM up and couldn't CONTACT CORPORATE. ! ( I thought that was strange but okay )This time I went in there they didn't tell me in advance that there was going to be a charge to reset the tooth. Granddaughter had an appointment elsewhere and I went with her and when we got there I got a call from Aspen dental. And the first thing came out of her mouth was there was a balance OWED I said no there's not. Then she said I've got to get this okayed from you , the price tag of putting this tooth back in is $122 00. ( FOR JUST ONE TOOTH )???Well I don't take a rocket scientist to tell where this is headed I said go ahead. I was in there at 9:35 in the morning and handed them over my plate and the tooth. Before leaving and nothing was stated about a balance. ( When I got back there to pick up my tooth and They closed their doors and lock them up at 12:00 and didn't come back until 1:30. After lunch. Needless to say a heated discussion erupted. But earlier that morning I had gotten in there before the receptionist got back to her desk a call ha came while I was standing there, which is okay go ahead and answer it. In the midst of the conversation with whoever on the end of the phone. The desk lady says I'm sorry I didn't get into the messages we just got a new system and I haven't figured out how to get to the messages yet. !!! Mind you I was in that office 2 years ago and they had a new system then how many times do they get a new system in, or is that a favorite expression they use as an excuse of not doing their job correctly. Mind you I paid $122.00 - and not with cash but with my bank card this time. ! Otherwise they would have held my plate and my tooth Ransom. Before I gave her my card I told her I wanted to see plate. She rolled her eyeballs. Kind of funny they kept changing people sitting at that desk every time they wanted to tend to me. ! Before I left they said you're not welcome here no more I said that's fine with me because I don't intend to come back !What gets me about this whole episode is that they rely on CORPORATE, to say who and who did not come through their doors as a patient. They keep no records of their patients obviously in that office. OR IN ANY ASPEN DENTAL OFFICE FOR THAT MATTER. ( BECAUSE THEY'RE ALL CORPORATE ) To indicate who or who did not get to be seen by any certain dental office anywhere. ! And all I've got to say about that part, is find a dental office that at some point or another, that you would be going to some place, Where SOMEONE AT LEAST KNOWS YOUR NAME! AND KEEPS A RECORD OF YOU BEING THERE. !THIRD TIME WAS NOT A CHARM.FRIENDLY ADVICE! DON'T GO TO ASPEN DENTAL! ANYWHERE!I'

Go somewhere else, These people are crooks, and only a couple of people on the staff are decent, The office manager is something else, I asked for detailed billing, she told me I would have to get it from my insurance company, I said I am a cash customer, (*paid all of it in advance, then was asked to pay another almost $800.00 after my last visit) and I want detailed billing, she said she couldn't do it( more like she wouldn't do it) they will deceive you from the begining, I believe they were afraid I was going to figure out how much they over charge. One of the denture techs isn't very decent as I could easily her him talking about me as well as other customers, If you complain , they simply quit calling you back. GO SO EWHERE ELSE, and pay a decent price and get treated like a decent human, because it isn't happening here.

2 months ago, I came for my first appointment here, asking for a cleaning and check up. They took several x-rays, and proceeded to not clean my teeth or check for cavities manually. From the x-rays only, they told me I had 14 CAVITIES that will need to be filled IMMEDIATELY. It was going to be over $6k, and I needed to act fast or I would have to get caps on all my teeth. There was no way in hell this was true, and I knew that walking out. I made an appointment with another dentist and it turns out I only have 1 cavity, which is the one I knew I had. I ended up googling "aspen dental scam" and found several stories just like mine! So BE WARNED of these scammers. Always get a second opinion!

Was treated very well, technician was very careful not to hurt my already painful tooth. Was the most comfortable xrays I've ever had! Got very good advice on how to progress with my dental care. Was also very surprised to find out it was not as expensive as I thought.

If you can go somewhere else then I would definitely not go to Aspen Dental. The dentist was ok, however went in for a tooth extraction and ended up being there 2 1/2 hours going over an expensive treatment plan that was not needed. The staff other then the dentist was the worst. I know now why I was able to get in so early. Terrible place!
