Steven has a huge heart and even helped us during our hardships by replacing the money we were going to buy our daughter a coat with and came back to our house with a brand new coat for our daughter! Other rental places make me a little nervous and hard to trust but rent-a-center is on point! Brad is also an awesome individual! I give them a 10/10”
