My husband paid for the month of April and we ended moving out the 6th day of April and would not refund us because “they don’t refund in the middle of the month” I didn’t realize the 6th day was in the middle of the month, lol. Wouldn’t recommend this place, just money hungry. Also keeps horrible track of payments.

We rented a storage unit in April. We were getting ready to sell our house. I paid for two months. So taking it to June. Then in June they locked us out. I called and they said I had only paid to May. I was think well maybe I was wrong and paid two months worth. Catching up what they said I was behind and then for July’s. I went back and found my copy of the check showing I had paid two months in the beginning. So I called back. They said they’d fix it and two weeks later, 3 phone calls and I still have not been reimbursed. No big deal if we were staying until August but we are not. So I’d like my month of over charge back. And my husband has been locked out twice since this all started but we’ve over paid

I've been through a lot of storage places in my time, and every single one of them I have had trouble with the owners and/or security, But here the owner of the storage unit is very nice and trustworthy. I have never had any trouble with security here. The prices here are... well affordable!
