Today at the worst time not only 1 or 2 vehicles let me down but 3 dead batteries! I called a couple friends and covid and situations beyond control happened. I finally used the AAA automated system. 40 minutes later my daughter and I were able to drive. 5 stars for Jack B made my day better. Thank you so very much Jack B.

This is not about the local store. The national level is awful. The reps are rude and then they want to be a bigger jerk by not getting you a supervisor. I was on the phone with Ernest Lewis who was unbelievably rude. So either the call center never has a manger available or he didnt even try. I sat on the phone for 30 minutes waiting on a manager.
