They came out to jump start my car. The young man couldn’t have been any more knowledgeable about the workings of my car. He was very efficient and friendly. I’d definitely recommend them!

They took about 15 minutes to arrive after being dispatched and got my car delivered within an hour from the time I sent my request for assistance through AAA. I would highly recommend Steddum Wrecker Service.

What a bright spot on an ugly afternoon—enroute thru Oklahoma and some road debris took out a rear tire—AAA said it would be an hour—they arrived in less than 15 min!

Sent to me by AAA, so no idea of charges, but truck arrived in a timely manner, and got the spare swapped out onto my travel trailer in quick order. Great service; I didn't get the drivers name, but he was very good.

Steddum Wrecker is the last company you should use! I'm still waiting on a phone call from them to make it right by sending me Harley the drunk tow truck driver!!?? He damaged my car and even asked me how to get my car off of his truck. ??? My front bumper is barely holding on! The drunk driver also dragged my car onto the tow truck even though the reason I needed a tow was because of my back tire being locked up! My bumper is barely holding on and is broken in several places. It's hard to see in photos but I did add some. Idk if he damaged anything dragging my locked up tire or not but just don't take the risk with this company!
