So disappointed. Have used twice in last year and problem not fixed either time. I expected better. I'm from same town and thought I knew these people. I'm sad to say I no longer recommend them.

So my vehicle got towed there n OK I'm from AR. Broke like 7 miles away. So I called them to fix it but it took 3 weeks to fix and they ask for a down payment of original price of $800 with 400 down. He made plans on getting more part he said was like 175. Well he finally called me that my car finished. So I get there the receipt from him said 225 for the extra part plus they wreck my car plus when I left the oil light and the check engine light went on. So basically waste of time money and they lie on money quote and the skill are not up to par. So for me I will never go back. ??

He was given over$2000.00 to put a motor in our jeep. He had it over a year. They lost the keys and we had to pay for a new ignition and key while he had it. It was sent straight to the transmission shop from his shop. When the transmission people started the Jeep to test drive it oil shot out of the valve covers requiring new plugs, distributer, and several other parts to be replaced. Not to mention gaskets and seals that had to be replaced. Things that were the auto shops responsiblity. Had it home a to week the motor runs rough, wont idle, and the check engine light came on. After calling him and asking for an itemized list of what he did to the vehicle his excuse was he didn't have it because he turned in all his papers to his tax people. Said it would take 3 months. My grandmother is elderly and he took complete advantage of her. After the money he was paid there should not be any problems with the motor. It's obvious by his inability to give us proof of what he did to the jeep that he is not going to fix anything orwarranty any of his shoddy work. Will never do business with this crook again. Beware elderly people do not take this man any of your business.

I have used this business for our mechanical needs a couple of times. They are fair, and they are comparable in prices with other facilities. So far I recommend them as a safe and reliable business.
