I had a very unpleasant and unprofessional encounter at the FedEx Service Center at 2735 Chouteau. The African-American light-skinned female working the counter at 3:50 pm on Friday, May 19th with a scarf tied on her head was not helpful and had a very nasty disposition. I requested a manager by the name that was listed on the wall but was told he was not there so I asked for the manager on duty. She left the counter to go get someone however, no one ever showed up after waiting 20 minutes. Another AA female with dreads said that the manager was out delivering packages after they told me one was on duty. Dissatisfied customer.

My life has been put on hold for 3 days because FedEx refuses to deliver a package to my address in North Saint Louis. FedEx claims to have made a delivery attempt. I have been home all day for the last 3 days! There has not been a delivery attempt I know this because there was no door tag. FedEx refuses to let me talk to a live person to find out why my package is not being delivered to me! I've been trying for over 30 minutes to talk to a live person. All I get is the robot telling me again the status update which I already know. I don't want to know the status update I want to know why my package is not being delivered! I am reporting FedEx delivery to the Better Business Bureau in the morning. ROBOTS ARE STUPID!

I had a very pleasant experience today. I did not catch the womens name that assisted me but she was super nice and helpful! I was in and out very quickly. Thanks for great service today!
