Don’t order anything from this loser place!! Third time they e delivered my entire order to some random person !! I’m sick of spending half my evening getting my money refunded because they can’t follow instructions AT ALL !!! 40.40 of my wasted money that will now take two days to refund me right at a crucial time of year for me and I had ordered to save time …. So much for that !! Money and time wasted !!! Yes they WILL refund me after almost two hours on the dumb phone !! I’m over choctaw Walmart and their awful service!!

I had a love affair with Walmart until the recent changes - the store is switching to all Walmart brands and I miss my quality name brands. They are shrinking favorite items (no longer whole beets, just sliced beets, for example). I do appreciate having more self checkout lanes as I prefer bagging my own groceries but dislike the oversight in being assumed guilty of thievery. Wish that the hours of quiet time in the store could be extended to 6am when I shop-

Terrible terrible! The staff is beyond rude! I don't expect much bc they pay and treat them terribly but they lie set people up and just generally don't care about anything. Don't use there pick up service either! They act like they don't have half your order then you go in the store and *surprise!!* they do! I'd give them a -10 if I could.

Always a pleasure to work with these people! The staff is absolutely wonderful and the pharmacy is always been one of my favorite places to go! Lindsay and Avery are absolutely excellent at the work they do!!

Once again I went to the Choctaw store, this time to get storage bins. They had them but they did not have the lids that went with them. Where they had lids the had no tubs. Once again I left the store and went to the Walmart on Douglas and 23rd and they had what I was looking for neatly arranged in size order and with matching lids for all. This has happened in other departments as well. Luckily the Douglas and 23rd store isn't that far. Next time I will go there instead of wasting my time in Choctaw.

This Walmart has drastically went downhill in last year. They moved everything around where it makes no sense, so good luck finding what u need. They stock during the busiest times so u can’t even get down an isle.Tonight, I said have a good night to the person monitoring the self check out and not even a head nod because she was glued to her phone. On exit, same thing, greeter glued to his phone. I will drive the extra 4 miles and go elsewhere from now on. A shame because I used to spend lots and lots of $$ at this store. Sorry Choctaw, my tax $$ going to Del City from now on. What a bunch of rude employees!!

Was hurt tonight by the cashier named Hudson... he was in such a rush to start checking out the next customer that he wouldn't even let current customers get their bags off the spinning bag rack... kid hurt my wrist !! And he rang up customers order behind me on my and there was a seperation bar.... refused to listen and I had to pay for someone else candy and soda as well.... and my kid got one of those gift cards that you have to enter the amount he didn't and just threw the card in the bag ?

Not as big as a super center but very well stocked. No wait at self checkout when we visited about lunch time. Busy place so parking lot is sometimes crowded.

First off I’d like to say I’ve been going to this Walmart since it’s opened and never had a bad encounter there, but today changed that. I was in there today Sept-1st around 4:45 getting a couple things. Well I get checked out and I start to walk out the Home doors and the door greeter proceeds to ask for my receipt while I’m already past her and when I don’t acknowledge her and proceed walking out the door she yells at me and said “you don’t have to be so rude” so I turn around and show her my receipt and tell her “here come get it” so she proceeds to stand in the same spot and flip me off

Looks like they changed their business model. It used to be for in-person shopping, but now it's basically a warehouse for employees to pick orders for lazy slobs that can no longer shop for themselves. If you go in there then you just get in the way of employees pushing around giant blue carts used to fulfill pickup orders for lazy slobs. Employees get annoyed when you dare take up aisle space while they are doing their primary job as personal shoppers for LAZY SLOBS. Going to Crest from now on since they're an actual store welcoming in-store customers, not an Amazon fulfillment warehouse that Walmart has become.

I have to check myself out, there's no lines available, only self-checkout, no cashiers. Thestockers are a big help. Nobody's ever in Sporting Goods. All the managers or supervisors have a bad attitude.

Waited for over an hour for my pickup order. Called them (Dylan answered) and they didn’t care, wanted me to move to a closer position for them to bring stuff out? Obviously they forgot my order and didn’t give 2 craps.

I think there is a new manager who with prejudice removed the benches from the front entrance areas.Prejudice? Yes. Against OLD people who might need to sit down if they're feeling faint, like me, yesterday. If I had passed out and had an ambulance had to come for me, I would file a complaint against Walmart for being so insensitive to its elderly customers. A simple sit-down to gather one's breath or alleviate dizziness could help me, or a mother with a young, disheveled child.Bring the benches back to the front entrance areas!!!!!!!!

There were so many employees pulling pick up orders that I couldn't maneuver the aisles I needed to go down.60 plus order pullers, 2 cashier's??I think it's time for me to stick to smaller grocery stores.

Everything was great until I, a disabled person that, uses a wheelchair had to use the restroom and needed to take the cart into the restroom. When I FINISHED checking out, I spoke with someone who worked there and wore both the vest and the lennard of authority, asking permission to take the cart to get to the potty, and she froze, not having an answer.
