Not sure how this store is still in business. Rude employees. Stupid Id policy to even be in the store that stems from LAZINESS. They get paid $12 an hour and take it out on everyone else.

Super excited when I seen this store open in a location we can actually get into driving a semi. The employees are extremely rude! Two men kicked me completely out of the store for 30 seconds!!!! Because it wasn’t exactly 10am but the door was unlocked. I shouldn’t have bought anything but I joked with a man in the parking lot and returned 30 seconds later. The employee gets into another verbal altercation with a customer while I’m making a purchase making the experience even more awkward. Their ID policy for you to even be in the store that they have to scan your license is ridiculous & I will not be back! Two separate chances & they blew it both times!

Trevor did what he could to help me with the situation he was nice and friendly I wish I lived close to this one because the one I live by has sold me the wrong coils multiple times normally is no issue but I'm on maternity leave and short on cash and they would return my coils eaven tho I got them withing 3 min of me telling him there the wrong ones

Terrible place of business. Most employees are really rude. Their ID policy is ludicrous the way the demand when you walk in the door. No exchanges or refunds whatsoever.... even if it's there mistake. Take your business elsewhere ?

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They refused to sell to me because I was buying vape juice for me and MY HUSBAND!!!! The employees are rude and lazy and disrespectful. I have been buying from this store for years!!!!! Then all of a sudden, they can’t sell to me. Well guess what??? I found a better, nicer, respectful company to get vape juice!!! Goodbye Vape 100

Rude. Wouldn’t sell to me because I mentioned my wife. Not that I was getting anything for her. But I said she liked a certain flavor. I have never been treated like that and won’t be back.

As someone with 20 years experience in retail and another 25 in computer science it pains me to encounter corporate policies that are this brain dead.Purchased 2 7500 vapes of the same flavor. As I was opening the first to test it I said... I hope I like it...at least I can swap the unopened one for a different flavor if I don't.Oh no she said... unless one of them doesn't work you are stuck with them. If we let you swap it messes up our inventoryPlease warn people of this policy you have to keep your inventory straight. It MAKES ZERO SENSE

This store apparently has a "if you say it's right its right" policy. Asked for pods for a voopoo Vinci and even showed them my vape, a vape i bought from them last week so i wasnt 100% sure what the box for the coils looked like. They gave me a replacement pod to a Vinci air that I said looked right after seeing Vinci on it. Once I got to the car I noticed it was wrong and brought it back inside unopened. When i brought it back inside I was told that since I said it looked right there were no returns or exchanges even though it was unopened, and the lady made it explicitly clear that I was stuck with it. I told them that was fine just to find out they were also out of my pods, leaving the store with no purchases I was even able to use for the devise I purchased from them. First time I've seen a store that the customer was expected to have more knowledge of the product on the shelf than the employee behind the counter.

I have shopped at this place in El Reno, Choctaw Rd and off of I 44. I’ll just let you know two times I’ve shopped their equipment hasn’t lasted over 12 hours and they have no return policy. They have no managers they can fix any of your situation. And all they do is point you to an email.

They almost never open on time, choose who gets helped first instead of being first come first serve and they have a really dumb policy of not being able to say a price over the phone.. In what world is saying a price over the phone a problem? I feel like she was just being lazy. I asked about a product and instead of saying either yes or no we don't have it, she said I don't think we do meaning she didn't even leave the desk to look. This place literally has an issue every single time I visit. I went from spending $300 a week to making it a last resort due to the staffing.
