Nothing but good experiences at Town and Country. Everyone is extremely nice and wait time is usually negligible or just a few minutes. The company shouldn't send out messages saying boarding drop-off starts at 7:30am if your employees get there at 7:30 and they don't allow drop off til 8am. That's absolutely not good for someone's day if they've made arrangements based on a drop off time sent in a confirmation text. Please resolve this. Thanks.
