Been to this Tinker Federal Credit Union branch numerous times. On every visit, I've received top-notch customer service. The employees at this branch are professional and friendly. I've always felt welcome on every visit. The employees are knowledgeable about the services offered by the credit union. For all of the above, I rate this branch at five stars for the customer service alone.This branch is housed in a beautiful building complete with a large meeting room, as well as a coffee shop called Average Joe's Coffee. In the entrance foyer of the building are an ATM and secure Amazon lockers to pick up orders.

We have been members of TFC for almost 50 years. We love them and wouldn’t bank anywhere else. They are very professional and helpful.

This is a nice and new TFCU branch. They ate fast, friendly, and efficient. Side note: I also love the EV charging station for use by their members. Thank you TFCU for giving back to the community.

There has never been a time I go into this establishment that I haven’t in some way been disrespected or snapped at. I came in to check on my car payment without my account number and the teller snapped at me and asked if I knew my social and when I said I didn’t have it memorized or with me she said “YOU DONT KNOW YOUR SOCIAL” with an attitude as a customer I did not appreciate it. Also you can look up an account with just your ID because I do it all the time at the Edmond location. Id rather drive all the way to Edmond or any other location than this one

I took my to grandsons in today to set up savings accounts and the young lady ( Kaitlyn Young) that waited on us was exceptional. She was very patient with them and made us feel valued as a customer. She accomplished this task for both of them in less than an hour. She deserves a gold star. Ron, Tristan and Cade.

I have worked with both Karli and Kaitlyn in the last two weeks. They have been great in helping to teach me basic ways to restore & build my credit. I would recommend them to any TFCU member, especially those who don't have a great grasp on how credit works. If they haven't received one, a raise would be due as these ladies are absolute assets to the credit union and community. Thanks again ladies!

Used the drive though to get cash today and it was flawless. They are even turned in a direction that the sun does not hit the screen so you can read it. Also my wife used the free charger available there to top off her Chevy Bolt. It worked perfectly from the Chargepoint app. She has had the car seven months and has never charged it outside the garage so wanted to make sure the fast charging worked on the car in case she wanted to travel so charged it to 92% and it went quickly and flawlessly.

I've been banking with TFCU for over 15 years. The Choctaw branch has got to be one of the most disappointing places to find service. There is almost never anyone taking care of members when I visit. Have to drive to Midwest City for any reasonable service.
