I don't live here. I used to live nearby and me and my husband and I walked here with our kids so they could play at the little park. They loved it and everyone we ever talked to here was very nice

Live here and during tornados you can’t get in the storm shelter because it so small. And the mangers change so much and the maintenance men are so rude you ask them to fix something and you haft to wait months everyone parks in the road and you can’t get past and the pools always breaking some how.

We recently moved into timberland and we've had nothing but positive things to say about it. We applied to lease on a Tuesday and had keys by Thursday, Macalah was amazing with helping us get into our place. Both Macalah and Angela in the office have been incredibly helpful and friendly. We had an issue with hot water when we moved in and they had it fixed quickly. We're so happy we found this place and love living here

It could be very pretty, but it is so crowded you can barely get through the place. I kept going. There would be absolutely no privacy to be had.

They are so irritating to the working people...I work doing taxes and it's currently tax season...I work LONG HOURS like 14 hrs a day and cannot even get a response from either of the managers when I ask a question...I have been trying for a good 3 to 4 months to move into a bigger home and been asking for them to assist me yet they are no help...when I ask if I can go look at one on Sundays when I'm off I never get an answer.. yes I know they're off on Sundays but you would think they could accommodate me and set something up for me to look on my one day that I'm off a few hrs during the week...idk they're just not very helpful at all....

My air conditioner went out on Tuesday, I called Becky the manager and she jumped on it. They had me a window unit put in within an hour and had a new A/C installed on Friday. I'd like to thank the staff at Timberland mobile home park for their professionalism and fast response to have a new A/C installed. You guys are awesome I can't thank you enough.

We’ll I really hope this place turned things around. I was thinking about moving here but then I noticed reviews are horrible and for that reason I’m out. Actually do something for your residents.

Greatly improved over the past two years service, aesthetics staffs attitudes!I have set my mortgage payment on auto pay for two months and its yet to go through. I get a nasty letter taped to my storm door alerting me that I have not paid my mortgage.So, I go to the office looking for support getting my auto pay active. however the office was closed at 4:30 and all signs state open until 6;00pm. Today is January 7th, Friday.My frustration is they are quick to blame you but never available to elp you or consider anomalies which contributed to the matter!
