This gym is the pitts! Constant water and sewer issues. Bathrooms are out of order ALL THE TIME! NO RUNNING WATER! When you call the help desk to let them know they are condescending , stating that they have been working on it and THOUGHT the issue was fixed. Not sure how they are able to keep their doors open. This is a health infraction and disgusting! How the state department of health has not shut them down is beyond me!

First of all the safety of this gym is a joke. Grown men following teens to their cars after hitting on them in the gym and being told to leave her alone. At one point all the females had to use the male locker room and a grown man walked in on a teen girl and continued to change in front of her. That same man has brought weapons in on more than one occasion and has verbally threatened staff and other people in the gym and they still allow him to access.The equipment is a whole other story. The machines are missing pieces and are never calibrated correctly. Half of them are missing every number on the plates so you never know what your lifting just hoping you guess right. Mats on the floor are shredded and uneven and cause multiple machine to rock while working out. There’s so many other things wrong with this gym but at this point all of the patrons are tired of complaining and seeing no help or answers.Go to another gym if you value your safety and health. As most of us will once our contracts are up

No issues, some improvements could be made but everything works. The staff not so friendly, but thats every now days.

It’s very hard to get in touch with anyone for this location. I’ve never seen anyone working inside, so it took a month to get a membership due to lack of staffing (that should have been the first red flag). No one answers the phone if you call and without anyone working the front, they’re almost impossible to get in touch with anyone if you have any questions about the gym. I would save yourself time and money and go to a different gym.

Giving it a 5 star only because of the instructor Tina Wilson! The gym itself is good as well, but Tina is why I continued to go for so long. From her HIIT/Cardio classes to the yoga and weightlifting classes she always made the class fun! Thank you for everything Tina!

When i was a member of Shape fitness, Tina was an instructor in Harrah. Took her class for over a year before i had to quit due to an uptick in my work. She was/is probably one of the most organized instructors i’d seen. Every class, whether it was HIIT or a mix of yoga and aerobic, strength training, she always had a plan ready and even if needed could adjust on the fly. As far as I can remember, never repeated the same workout and was one of the few reliable class instructors there. Always in a good mood and a smile on her face(even with my cantankerous self) and ready to go. Couldn’t ask for a better person to have as an instructor. And if i were in closer proximity, i’d join any class she offers. She’s good people; among the best.

Doesn't look like much when your passing by however, if your looking for friendly staff and members with a super clean gym then shape is for you! Never had an bad experience! Love love love it.

I have been trying to cancel my gym membership for months because I have moved and they still haven’t canceled it!!! Just keep giving me the run around.
