Icle and Nolan are always so friendly and willing to help. They are always quick to answer my questions. Mickey is friendly and seems legitimately concerned about my recovery! The Choctaw team is the best!

Starting my physical therapy for a shattered ankle. The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable in aiding my recovery. Very clean facility (Choctaw) Always on time therapy sessions.

Best PT experience I've ever had...Icle & Mickey were GREAT!!! I think I might try to ADOPT them!!! Also Esmerelda & Lea were TERRIFIC in my earlier sessions...I feel like I'm FINALLY getting therapy that WORKS!!!Lee SEXTON...????

I was referred here by a friend. I am post surgery and I have only rave reviews thus far. They work as a well oiled machine. I spent time with at least three techs during today's session and the therapist. They keep the atmosphere light and have good music in the background. My PT is definitely built to my specific needs. The team is obviously invested in my wellness with the goal of getting back to work on schedule!

I called in to ask the fees they charge for the service this morning and they said they need my insurance card info for that, so I gave them but instead of giving me the info, she asked for the my number? I wasn’t interested to give out because of the endless calls from telemarketers whenever I give out my number or any business. I said I can call back or she can put me on hold to give me the quote. She was hesitant and said it will take time, I asked how long will she take? She said 2 to 3 day. Lol!I have never heard of anyone needing 3 days to pull up info on insurance to give price quote to the patient.I have always given the info and they pull out the info to give me the price while I’m still on the phone with them in any other places.This place is ridiculous.

The Central Physical Therapy Center in Choctaw is fantastic! The staff always greets you by name and asks “how are you doing today?” with a smile. I am there for rehab for an injury and a positive attitude from all the staff and me helps me to rehab successfully! The therapists explains procedures well. The “techs” help with equipment needs and encouragement. I would recommend them to anyone in need of rehabilitation.

These guys have helped me recover from 2 hip replacements, kept me from having surgery on my upper and lower back because of their skills and now are working to keep me going with my low back. I can’t say enough about the team here. They are always so sweet, knowledgeable and helpful!! The best!!

PT Central has been great for me. The staff is wonderful. They are very attentive and knowledgeable. I have been to other Therapist and PT Central is by far the best. It has been a pleasurable experience and I am vastly improved. Thank you all at PT Central.

Love PT Central. I had my bicep reattached. They all care about their patients. They spend time with each person and never hurry you. They listen to you and answer every question you might have. I highly recommend them if you should need Physical Therapy.

Could not ask for better treatment, everyone is so helpful and friendly, I so enjoy looking forward to going to this PT Central, I spend about 90 minutes here doing my exercises and all the qualified therapist work with me to make sure that the areas of concern are well taking care of. I finish with about 10 minutes of heat or ice and a tens unit that uses electronic waves to message the area of concern, it is fantastic work that all do here to help you improve your quality of life, thanks to everyone Chris.
