One of the worst merchant experiences...Customer service is a joke, Manager on down, use "corporate policy" as an excuse for their lack of customer service. Attempted to call CVS corporate "customer Service" and was on hold for over 45 minutes and then disconnected by them. I advice going to Walgreen's, Wal-Mart or local pharmacy before EVER going to CVS!!

I called this pharmacy for help when our normal CVS was out of my husbands' medication. It was an urgent situation that was time-sensitive. They lost the script, were rude, unprofessional, and hung up on me when I asked for them to help. I am not faulting them for not having the medication available, however, they did not need to be short or unkind.

They hound you repeatedly to refill prescriptions even after you tell them you don't want to. I have had to tell them no twice by text and then they still call and I tell them no, so they call again a week later. I have had this happen repeatedly. They even call you on Sunday morning! Hate this pharmacy. They seem desperate.
