Worst place you can possibly live. Horrible manager. They breach their own contract. Roads are pitiful. Manager continually raise your rent without your knowledge. Manager never stands behind his word. We deserve better.

My family and I are buying a trailer now. That was promised to be fixed. Mike didn't let us look at before we moved in. The floors are falling through and he took out the windows and put up siding on the trailer and took the skirting off. Now it is our problem because he didn't fix it. We are looking for another place DO NOT RECOMMEND. Plus they go up on lot rent when they want so Mike can take his girlfriend that lives in the park to Cancun.

Mike is not a good guy ,. He is a snake. Ripping off old ladies and stealing their trailer and rent money. Mike is all fake.

We had bought a trailer in the park. My mother died and I wad out of state for a while, we got behind on our rent. I paid a large sum to catch up the rent and pay advance for the the next month (October) and partial of the following month (November). We then sold the trailer prior to October and I have never received my balance that was due or the overpayment refund. We may have to file a civil suite. DO NOT RECCOMEND

Many homes were in need of repairs, but it's cheap and the neighbors seem nice.

New management is cleaning up the park while keeping it a quiet and calm place.

First time here it seems like a alright area very close to all the stores in the center of Choctaw but also off the beaten path a little

I feel sorry for the people that can only afford this "Estate" to move their homes to. Yes some may be down on their luck but they darn sure deserve better. The road is terrible. Don't know when you last had debris hauled away, you've got enough tree limbs that if they caught fire it would burn the place down. I was warned DO NOT drink the water from the faucet. Then in the straw that breaks the camel's back is that right in the middle of a pandemic you raise all utilities + the lot rent on people that need every penny they earn to put food on the table in a place that I'll bet you don't live there. Shame on you!!!

Not a bad place. Now that their under new management maybe I'll be able to try and rent a place. Never could get them to answer phone or never was at office.

This place was half decent back when the Westmoreland's and Billings' owned the place. Then they sold out to some worthless owners, and the place has done nothing but go down hill. Do the same owners own it? Because if they do, they should be ashamed of themselves for being slumlords! This place needs to be bulldozed, and the owners need to be put in the stockades and have rotten fruit and vegetables thrown at them.
