So there was a glitch in the bank and it said that I had more money in my account than I did and when I went to take the money out after they told me that it was there and it's safe to spend, I spent it and then later on they said I actually didn't have that money and then they took it out of my account and put it way into the negative and after a while basically said that even though it was their fault that there wasn't anything they were going to do to fix it or make it right and basically said I'm screwed

I've been with this Bank for a long time as my family has also but I am so done with them right now if you got money in a bank and they never answered their phone they are not worth having. I am on my way now to withdraw what money I have I don't care if it's $2 I don't care if it's two billion dollars I really need to answer the phone terrible terrible terrible customer service that's all I can say

sooo bad. wont see you without an appointment, wont answer the phone. phone says they are busy helping other customers, then hangs up on youI was standing INSIDE the branch and I was the only customer there while I made this phone call. The website takes me to my app which doesnot allow me to make an appointment. Manually going to chase .com it instructs you to scroll to the bottom of the page which only has the sitemap and career link stuff. A military ID is insufficient as proof of birth. I have NEVER had to bring a birth certificate in for a proof of ID to a bank before now. They will not say "we dont accept military ID" they just "require something more" Also, there is a rediculous amount of private information they require such as job description, salary, other banking accounts, iras, 401s, overseas accounts. Why is all this necessary so I can function as a human being? I cant collect a paycheck without a bank account to direct deposite. A bit much for a kid wanting to sack groceries. It has taken us over a week just to do this basic task.

Chase bank is so awesome!! I've used several banks or credit unions over my lifetime. Then I changed to Chase bank about 8 or 9 yrs ago. I've had both checking/saving accts of course, & debit card. And a credit card. And several times I've gone in to get help or advise for paperwork, or notarize papers (which is free), have them print different kinds of graphs from my accts. They have always, every single time, no matter what city, been helpful & professional in their assistance. There have been a few times they have called me to ask about use of my acct for purchase that "doesn't look right". And each time they were right. They immediately caught it, shut acct down, & replaced money taken from my acct. They sent me a new debit card pronto & took care of the misuse of my acct. Chase has made my life SOOO much easier!!!

First thing I opened an account online and you can’t add joint owners online when you open an account like literally every other bank in 2021 second came in this branch in choctaw to add my wife to the account and oh sorry our banker had an emergency so you’ll have to come back another day my thoughts is why does a national bank not have more than one banker that they could call in for emergencies

This is a great Choctaw bank with great people but this company has been bombarding us with credit card offers. We already opted out and still the relentless offers persist. If the rates were reasonable we might even get one. Our credits near 800 and they' are talking about 24% interest. In what fantasy world do buyers ever sign anything at that rate. Maybe at used car dealerships 24% seems doable. That is probably where Chase should focus its energies.

Deposited a bank check at the drive through for five hundred dollars. Didn't see it in my account via the app/online banking. Almost 24 hours later it's not there. It was lost or placed in the wrong account apparently... who knows. This should not happen. Ever. Unacceptable. I shouldn't have to babysit my bank to make sure they're doing their job with my money. Not to mention the fees that Chase charges...it's like legalized fraud. Find a credit union where fees are at least half!

This bank is such a joke. I wish you didn't have all my bills going to this bank or I would switch Banks immediately. The teller is super slow and the ATM machine eats your money and shuts down during your deposits and withdrawals cuz it happened to me three times. So here I am sitting in waiting for the teller and I have been here for 30 minutes
