I’m sure the banking here is great but they’ve had a sign out on 23rd street for years that completely blocks the view of oncoming traffic for those exiting Hiawasse. It creates a dangerous situation. Some common sense is appreciated.

I have never liked banc first. I cannot even call the branch where my money is. Everytime, EVERYTIME I CALL I have to call back a few times to the choctaw location to speak with the other. I cannot keep track of my money as the mobile app is not go9d and I've explained ed this to the bank several times. I financed a car, not thru my own banc, but via tinker. I borrowed money, to build credit score , paid back 1 yr ahead but can't get a loan without collateral. I got a secured visa thru banc first after 18 mo I couldn't get a increase limit on the card. Nothing has been great via banc first except conversations with Becky. The bank itself, needs remodeling it even smells old. Looks extra old. . Personally I do not like banc first and wouldn't recommend anybody who is trying to rebuild to start there!

Christina smiley is the one that I always have helped me and she's the best. Her service has improved bank first location in McLoud. When I wrote this review I thought it was for McLoud Bank and later so it was under Choctaw just wanted to verify it was McLoud is where I was at.
