I called to see if my girls could try a tumbling class. I was told to bring them the next day on Thursday to the 5pm bronze tumbling class and they could try it. When I arrived there were several girls hanging around the front desk but hesitate to help me. Eventually one of them attempted to help me but seemed very confused on what to do. When I explained the class I was there for another girl spoke up and said that was her class and she did not want my girls in her class because there are only two other children in that class and they are younger. She told me to find another class on a different night. I left with my daughters very disappointed.

It was an excellent facility. There was almost a one on one relationship to the girls.

My daughter was a "coach" here for a few years. I can tell you that the staff here is so hands on and friendly as well as patient with the kids. Whether they're just starting in gymnastics or they've been doing it for a few years, the staff are ready to work with them. I know some have encountered even the tougher kids to deal with and did it with grace and love. I appreciate this staff being such a good place for each kid, male or female, experienced in gym or not. Thanks Action!

My child has been at Action since she was 18 months old, starting in Mommy and Me classes, nearly 8 years later and now in our 6th competitive season, I have to say we love this gym! I trust the coaches, bc well I have known them for years now, I trust the owner and know she has my child; as well as, all children’s best interest at heart. After 8 years your basically family ? But for me what sets this gym apart is knowing it is a gym that glorifies God in all that they do.✝️

Sign up at your own risk! I enrolled my daughter into the competitive cheer program in the Spring of 2020 due to the relatively low-cost fee compared to other cheer studios in the area. Nevertheless, after tolerating a few months in the program, it became clear that I got more than I bargained for.At first, I was happy with the program as my daughter loved to cheer and enjoyed the overall experience. However, since the start of COVID, I have had many complications with the cheer studio that has ultimately led me to conclude that this business is unprofessional, money-hungry (which is logical for a business especially during these trying times), and the coaches and parents of the other girls in the program I have interacted with recently have been obnoxiously pretentious, non-understanding, and flat out rude to me.A significant problem I had in regard to the professionalism of the cheer studio was the huge disconnect in communication – especially from the head cheer coach of the studio. I tried repeatedly but to no avail contacting her via text message about my daughter’s upcoming absences as well as questions regarding the dance classes. Whether she meant it or not, leaving me on “read” and being completely unresponsive communicates to me that the ownership is both unprofessional and pretentious as to not even acknowledge any of my text messages with a reply. The final straw occurred this week when I messaged the coach about the absence of my daughter due to the severe ice storm as it would be unsafe for me to commute to the facility. For once, they responded not only saying that the practice would be mandatory, but I would have to pay a fee of $500 if she did not attend and be forced to leave the cheer team. For an under the age of 7 cheer team, this seemed way over the top and I decided enough is enough. As soon as I made up my mind that my daughter would not be attending the practice, I was immediately unfriended on social media by all the other parents of the daughters in the cheer program. It was an extremely unfair circumstance to have the coaches and parents show no empathy towards my child and I as they were rude and unapologetic about the situation. Overall, I would not recommend this studio for anyone looking to enroll their daughter into a cheer program as there are large cliques within the established parents of the cheer program that is very toxic to its overall inclusiveness of as well as the clear disconnect in communication between the parents and coaches.
