It was a long day for me and after work I had to go pick up my grandmas prescription, at the register was a beautiful lady by the name Shanika she was so nice and patient with me. She asked me did I have any questions about the medication and sent me on my way! She has such a great spirit and I just love her!!! Yall better go get yall one of these. “ what’s that? “ A SHANIKA FROM CHICKASHA PHARMACY ? ?✨??

I really appreciate shankia hard work helping me everytime i come in the pharmacy to get my medicine she is very confident ,understanding and patient when I have questions on my medication or insurance problem thank for all you do we need more people like this working in our community makes the trips less stressful

They don't close at 9, don't be fooled by the hours! Apparently they're only doing 5-7 on Week days now! They really need to change this as I drove from across town to get my prescriptions only to walk in and find that they were already closed! Called and waited on the phone for a solid 30 minutes to let them know they should change the hours on Google as well. They were very rude about it and I was as nice as I could be to them. Switching pharmacies as soon as I can because this place SUCKS!

Words can hardly say!!! If people are going to be rude and unhelpful, please stay out of Health Care!!! I know what I'm talking about as a retired Nurse of over 25 years!!! All People deserve Excellent Health Care with empathy, true concern,& kindness that comes from every area of patient care. From the Pharmacy, Hospitals/Clinics/Dr.'s Offices, and Administration!!!! It's not all about making money, it's about Man"kind"!!

I went to the pharmacy to pick up Advil cold and sinus. I mentioned that I wanted the coated capsules because my husband likes to cut them in half and take it that way ,because sometimes he doesn't need a whole one. The pharmacist at that point took the Advil back and said they could not sell it to me because it was for my husband,I said no I use it also, but since I mentioned that my husband was using it they said it would be a third party sell. It makes no since. I said that if I had lied and not mentioned my husband at all then they could have sold it to me. She said they wouldn't know the difference. So honesty is not the best policy anymore. I was so frustrated.

Wife went in to get a pressure cooker price on shelf label was 34.98 when checking out it was 79.98 . Cameron was very rude and disrespectful to her they would not honor the shelf price only 10 percent . Typical they do what they can to screw the customer how many people ended up paying the 79 price when they though they were paying the 34 dollar price

Got my sons prescription filled on 3-13. Out of 60 pills, only received 36! Missing 24! They "counted" what was on hand and checked their records and everything is coming out equal....REALLY!? ADHD meds are essential to my sons ability to function. He has been on them for YEARS and has never been short before. We will be counting for now on before we leave. As a former pharmacy tech, I would always count EVERY SINGLE PILL before I bottled them and the pharmacist would recount and put his initials on the bottle. UNACCEPTABLE!! ?

The night checkout person was very unhappy and rude because I asked for help finding something. Especially after I didn't understand when what she said was vague. If I had known where the eye drops were, I wouldn't have needed to ask for help in the first place.

If I didn't have to drive 45 minutes to another Walmart or another place to get the items I need, I would not be coming back. On multiple accounts it's been rude customer service. I've tried multiple times to get jewelry, and they're always closed or never has an associate. I came by at 9:37 and the previous day a MANAGER told me that they close at 10. I got sold a laptop labeled as new. Yet I'm missing my ram cards and my disk drive. When I told them about that because I had to have it fixed, they said it was all on my fault. Like I'm supposed to open up a labeled new laptop to make sure I have all the parts. The isles are never stocked and when you actually find an item you like they conveniently "discontinue" it. If possible, it would be zero stars yet sadly Yelp won't allow that.

I called and asked if they have recieved my refill. They said yes they just got it and asked me to give them 30 to 45 minutes and it would be ready. I called at 3:36 it is now 4:46 i gave them another 15 mins incase they were busy. Now I am standing here because they haven't started it and its gonna be 20 to 30 mins untill its done,. Who ever I spoke to forgot to put I was on my way, now I'm behind everyone sitting here. Lady at the counter is the only nice thing about this place. I will start filling at normwn location. It's out of my way but atleast they tell you when it's gonna be a while.
