I like the gym itself but there are always bugs everywhere. Almost as if they don’t clean. The bathrooms don’t have enough towel hooks and I wish the bathroom also had a full size mirror to check on progress. The gym also needs at least one more lat pull-down cable assist

Best gym I've ever used mostly due to the staff. Friendly atmosphere. I feel comfortable and know if I'm making an error using equipment they'll gladly assist me. Good variety of equipment so I get a well rounded work out. Lots of services to choose from but I went with the basic package since I just getting back in to working out at a gym.

Great gym. Great people. Always clean. Equipment is nice and kept in great condition. Not 5 stars because I'm a picky Ahole and wish they had a sauna.

I've been to many gyms all across the country, and for a small town gym, this one is pretty good. This gym is squeaky clean and the staff is very friendly. The equipment is very well maintained and everything works great. The variety of weight lifting equipment is fantastic. There are only a few cardio machines, so you might find yourself with a wait on those if you visit on a busy day. There are options here for crossfit and tanning. The gym doesn't seem to be overbooked with members.My biggest disappointment is the pricing. This gym is very expensive for what you get. Amenities that should come with a basic membership such as a shower cost much more than the basic membership. There are 2 showers - one each for the men's room and women's room. There are 2 lockers in the shower room. You pay more than a YMCA membership to get the membership option that includes a shower. The private shower is pretty good, but again, there is just 1, so you could very easily end up waiting on someone. However, being that this is hands down the BEST pick out of all the gyms in Chickasha, the cost might be justifiable to many - myself included.

The best, cleanest, most helpful staffed, largest variety of equipment gym/fitness center I have been to in Oklahoma. I feel that the owner and her professional staff, are what makes this, "The Top of the Line Gym" to keep ones health in tip top shape! It is truly an All Inclusive Amazing Experience for All ages and fit level.

24hour access with a gym card, tanning beds, showers, and key access for restroom & shower, there is a separate restroom for the non key. Cleaning supplies in every corner area.Crossfit for whoever wants an intense workoutsAt certain times in their back part of the gym. It’s huge in there. They have their own restrooms too.The staff leave at 8pm. This is by far the Best place to Workout at any time?????
