This place needs customer service training. I walked in, went straight to the hot box, and couldn’t even get a hello, let alone someone to acknowledge I wanted food despite two people looking directly at me in my eyes and watching me look and point at the food I wanted. Not a damn peep, so I left for work when my alarm went off. I’ll go somewhere else that they actually care about customers. 1 of the workers went in the back as soon as I walked in, another was taking drive thru orders on a headset, and the 3rd guy who wore glasses and was an older guy was messing with the cash register the whole time after he walked up to the register nearest to me. This all happened about 7:15 AM this morning 6/3/24

Food is okay and store is clean but usually no one available to check you out then you end up using the self check out and call for help and 10 minutes later someone shows up to help. I've been there several times because I live down the street but I think I will start going a little farther for quicker service.

Very great customer service and amazing features like a mobile app to order, inside terminals to order and a drive through outside for quick grab and go food.

This is a great place to get a good, well priced meal. I get the chicken bites with jalapeño ranch and it’s delicious. It’s even better because the atmosphere is so inviting and friendly, plus I get the 10% student/faculty discount.
It’s a great place for students because I can use the app, then go through the drive-thru to get back to school quickly!

The atmosphere is great and they have some of the cheapest gas in Chickasha. And the açaí bowls are so great.

Very welcoming and clean environment! The workers are very kind and the food is delicious! They also have an app that has a rewards program where you can earn points and get money off of your food or gas. My favorite thing is their 10% discount for teachers and students. It’s a perfect place for lunchtime and if you’re in a rush the drive through is always a great option!

This place has quickly become my favorite one-stop shop since it’s opening back in December! Their made to order kiosks offer an expansive selection of food options to choose from (try the chicken or turkey❕) , and their coffee bar offers practically anything you could want. And with some of the best gas prices in town, and a great drive-thru option, it makes it so easy to experience the benefits all while barely having to leave the comfort of your seat! I see myself continuing to go here for as long as I’m in Chickasha, and while I’m at it, I’ll be racking up discounts through their rewards system on their mobile app.

I’ve been getting gas here recently because of the great prices, but I’ve never ventured inside. My students have been raving about the food and snacks at school so I finally went inside and was blown away! It’s not a typical convenience store. It was modern and clean and had so many options for snacks or eating. AND there’s a full blown coffee bar!!! There’s also hot and ready food as well as an ordering station. So many grab and go options. The seating area was super cute and had pictures of places around Chickasha! I’m all about some small town pride. I got to meet the owner and some of his family and they were so nice and really passionate about their store. The drive through just tops the cake, especially on rainy days like yesterday. I downloaded the app as I was walking around. My family and I will definitely be regulars now!

I just pulled into Roaster's drive thru in chickasha, Dead because it's 7:20am.
Jasmine answered the call button!
This woman made my day! I don't know anything about coffee and I wanted Something delicious, She talked me through all of the options, And had such a funny and wonderful attitude about the whole thing. From now on, this is definitely my morning coffee spot!
If you want a wonderful pick up, Come see Jasmine at Roasters!!
From 1 to 5 stars, she definitely got a 10!!
Also, right now They have this great all day drive through happy hour!! Fifty percent off all fountain drinks, teas coffees and slushies!!!

Super impressed with this place! Super spacious, very clean, tons of options for snacks, food, coffee, etc. Tried their made-to-order food today and it's delicious - definitely get the fries and try their fry sauce! A very convenient option for town, you can order ahead in their app or in the drive thru. I'll definitely be back. I would say, ask the employees how things work - it was confusing for our first time, but they were happy to share how to order, pay and pick up the food.

In the last year and half, nobody has seen more gas stations and convenience stores in this great state than me! A lot of great places to stop for gas and goodies. But you can take it to the bank that Roaster's stores stand out from the masses! Beautifully designed, wonderfully staffed, fully loaded, clean and safe...hits every mark with 5 stars!

Came here a couple times for lunch. Food was overpriced and low quality, gas prices were horrible as well. Much better options in chickasha that are a lot cheaper with some quality put behind the product.
