We had 3 years of taxes to do 20-22 it took 6 hours to complete our taxes plus they're so expensive you can't hardly afford to get them done at Jackson Hewitt $1,500 to prepare taxes is ridiculous and I will never use Jackson Hewitt again

The chick with the lip ring was extremely rude. Probably don't need to hire her next tax season I won't be coming back. As a bonus she also brings her boyfriend to the office and he sits and listens the entire time you do your taxes. She doesn't respect you or your privacy.

Our return was complicated and took a while but Latese made sure she had everything correct and didn’t rush through it even if it meant staying past closing time. She did the best to try to make everything make sense to us as well.

Two hoursThe inexperienced personnel working at the Chickasha Ok office made my experience very uncomfortable. I could not believe the cost of service, it was outrageously high. did not match what they told me when I had called to schedule an appointment. The tax preparer who assisted me, not only was inexperienced, she looked miserable to be there, the entire time she worked with me. I highly recommend that you don’t use this tax service..

Way too expensive for no reason. Charged me $600 and didnt tell me anything. I wont be going back next year amd I have been going there for 4 years now. My loyal customer discount was only 70$. My friend has more kids than I do and more w2s that had to be filed. They went to rick in chickasha and only had to pay 150$. Needles to say that is were I'll be going next time. Disappointed for sure

Unprofessional. I was forced to file an amended return because of their mistakes. Won’t be back ever. Payed a lot of money to do my taxes here. Still waiting on amended return. Don’t waste your time!

Over priced ! 730$ to file a basic tax return and the myjh providers no info and the info that it does is not helpful at all. They took my whole state return for payment which was fine but never let me know no email no text nothing I had to call and be placed on hold to find out after paying this amount you think I’d at least get an email!!!! I won’t ever use this service again should have done them on my own like I usually do.
