Thanks to Cherokee for helping us with the refund advance, my cat was able to get the emergency surgery she needed. She's doing great!

Our return was complicated and took a while but Latese made sure she had everything correct and didn’t rush through it even if it meant staying past closing time. She did the best to try to make everything make sense to us as well.
